Our first order was wonderful BUT..
Our first order was wonderful. The second order looked like it was never inspected. Lots of faded out imprints, lots of strings, lots of ink in spots on the towels. Even the stacks were messy making the towels look like someone had wadded them instead of packing them.

Great service but drastic drop in quality in recent years
I have bought custom printed towels from Rally Towels every year for five years or so. For the first few years the service and the quality were exceptional. Disappointingly, over the last three years the quality has dropped so much so that this year I was actually embarrassed with the towels. I will never use Rally Towels again without them sending me a sample of the exact towel they will be using. When I offered to send them them samples of their own towels to show them how their quality dropped dramatically, they did not want to see them and they were not apologetic...very disappointing.
