Problem dealt with well and quickly
Had 2 wrong deliveries, but an e mail pointing this out resulted in apologies and replacement items being sent express 24 hour to correct the mistake same day. We all make mistakes, its how you deal with them thats important. Would certainly buy from Ram again.

Thank you for taking the time to review Ram Rugby.
I've looked into your order to understand what has happened. When the order was placed, I believe you chose to pay by bank transfer and the confirmation page gave details explaining the order couldn't be dispatched until payment was received along with details of how to pay this. In addition the confirmation email would state that the order is pending.
However, I understand this may have been missed on the confirmation screen, so we will look into options to make this more obvious going forward.
Once payment was received, the order was dispatched the next day.

Not advised when to expect delivery of…
Not advised when to expect delivery of my order despite being advised this would be the case.
Parcels left outside my house with damaged packaging due to the inadequate packing and because package was damaged part of the order was missing.
Not the standard I would expect from Ram.

I apologise that the items arrived without warning and that they arrived with damaged packaging. I fully appreciate how disappointing this must have been.
The products were sent direct from our supplier and so I have been in touch to let them know of the problem with the delivery.

Same product available on a famous ‘market’ website but it was cheaper & delivery was much faster to buy it directly from the manufacturer. Great product, really enjoyed by my 12yr old rugby fanatic.
