Placed an order on 17th January 2026. Still waiting for delivery on 31st March.
I have emailed the company twice & contacted them online once. Have received no acknowledgment, no reply at all.
Would have given no stars if I could.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas.I didn’t want to spend a fortune on it as I wasn’t sure if she’ll actually wear it or not. Was unsure as to whether it would be too big but fits her perfectly and for the price is a beautiful little bracelet that seems a fairly decent quality. Item arrived with a gift box and promptly after ordering. Based on this experience, would happily order from here agin.

I should have come and read the reviews, as it seems this company delight in taking orders/people's money and then don't send the items. On top of that their customer service tactics are just to ignore you and not reply to emails and social media messages.
I ordered several pieces of jewellery for my bridesmaids and I haven't heard a word about delivery or why they haven't been dispatched, since they took my payment. Luckily, I paid on my credit card and I'll be raising a dispute to get my money refunded. I have emailed them several times, through their contact us page and on instagram - and all I have is a charge on my card and silence.

Why advertise as delivery in 2 - 3 working days if you don’t fulfil this? I ordered items last week & not even a confirmation of dispatch!!! Unable to comment on the quality of the items as I have not revived these yet but very disappointed with the service so far. Let’s hope the items make up for it when I finally receive them.

Contacted the shop for an update and my emails are not being replied to. So disappointed in this poor service.

Do not buy from here. I spent £35 on jewellery! It looks like something that I can only describe that you would find in a Christmas cracker. Very poor quality. Not how it was advertised! Waste of money!

Delivery was late, but could be due to Christmas pressure. Guess the same could be said for their customer services ignoring my various emails and social messaging... not good enough. No telephone number is available on the website.
Jewellery itself was cheap, but then you get what you pay for.
Would not use again.

Absolutely gorgeous necklace which Father Christmas gave our daughter. She's super-pleased with it and has barely taken it off since. Beautifully packaged too.

Customer service is really bad, I wrote an email about stud earrings and I never received a reply. There is no phone number to call. Never going to order from you!

Beautiful delicate feminine piece of jewellery but would not fit around my daughters ankle which it was obviously intended for! Sage to say I have one very disappointed girlie!

I do not recommend this company. I placed an order weeks ago. I never have received my purchase but was charged weeks ago. Am now going to have to see if I can take this further as my emails remain unanswered. I have never received such poor service - can’t be legal what they are doing!

I bought these bracelets as gifts for Christmas. I was very please with the quality of both sets purchased.
The delivery was swift also would definitely purchase again.

I was sold a broken anklet and randall and co will not respond to my emails or online requests, you can't sell someone broken silver and not respond, it was a birthday gift and it is snapped after 2 days but stamped 925 silver, I dint know how you just ignore customers after taking their money

Delivery’s take long time an website is crap

Bought as a pressant, looks lovely, good communication and delivery, well packaged.

I am absolutely delighted with my recent purchase of earrings from Randall & Co Jewellery. The style is simply stunning, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the design.

Website is easy to use, order confirmed within 5 minutes and further email received to let me know when the item would be delivered and a tracking number plus name of the delivery service (royal mail). The package was received within two days of order, well packaged and item was exactly as described and shown in photograph.

Very quick response from an email I’d sent regarding an item that was sold out , received an email from one of the staff I think named Sean to let me no he had put the item I wanted in the post straight away for me , excellent customer service thank you .
