Great company

Great company, delivery is quite quick. But one of the bracelets came apart as soon as the person wore it, so don't have much trust in the rest of it

I ordered a necklace as a birthday gift…

I ordered a necklace as a birthday gift and purchased 24 hour express delivery at the checkout point of their website, to ensure it was sent and received directly by the recipient. On no delivery of the item I emailed the company with no response from them. After further attempts over the course of the week to contact them via email l was still having no joy. Their communication is appalling! It finally took a complaint l wrote on an advertising post on their Facebook page for them to finally respond to my emails and they were quick to remove from their Facebook post. They claim to have sent the goods and would chase it up with Royal Mail. 7 days later from the original order which was also 5 days post the birthday and the item was finally received, luckily 2 hours before the recipient was due to leave for the airport as she was going on holiday. Looking at the postage and date on the packaging which she sent me a photo of, the item clearly wasn’t sent by 24 hour express service which, otherwise why would it say “post by the end of 19/06/2023 on the parcel label. I thought maybe this was a one off but looking at some of the reviews it looks like this company has a problem with communicating and I am not the first to have reason to be disappointed. I wonder if that is why their Facebook page has no reviews too. They have a few angry emojis on their advertising posts. I wonder if these are from unhappy customers? who like me, may have had their comments removed too? I expect instead of embracing all comments and reviews, good and bad and working to improve where they fall short, they probably just delete any negative comments like they did mine. Would l order again? Absolutely not! Poor communication left me questioning whether I had been scammed and if their website was a front for it. After much searching on Facebook and finally getting a response from Randall and Co and then finally receiving the item, I can say I was pleased it wasn’t a scam, but come on Randall and Co learn from this and improve your communication. Lack of it may be leaving your customers how you left me feeling and that surely isn’t good business practice.
