Absolutely amazing service so please with everything I have brought from them can’t recommend them highly enough

I am in my 40's and have been going to Rankins from when the family had the shop in Bethnal Green. When I heard they were moving to an office in Liverpool St I was abit dubious.
However, I have been pleasantly surprised and have received nothing but a fantastic service. They are super quick responding to queries on insta and even quicker sending out orders.

The staff at rankins are really helpful my beautiful ring arrived well packed and it’s more stunning in person that it is in the pictures. I’m so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them … Thankyou so very much

I ordered a name plate necklace and it is absolutely perfect. I changed aspects of the script writing a few times and the staff were very helpful in making the changes and sent me mock up images of what it would look like. They also advised on the chain length to sit nicely below my chain that I wear every day. Thank you so much! Very much appreciated it’s beautiful x

I spoke to a very lovely and helpful lady called Daisy. I asked if she had any earrings in stock she sent me pictures and helped me pick the right ones and the next day they arrived at my home. The service was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. The Earrings are also beautiful and such good quality. They were packaged beautifully too !! Thank you so much

Rankins made me a bespoke ring and it exceeded my expectations. I have bought from rankins Jewellers for years now and the quality, price and helpfulness from all the staff there is incredible.
A few years ago I bought my son a bracelet from them and it didn’t arrive to them until the day of his actual birthday. They sent it in an Uber to me as they had promised it would be here for that date! I don’t think you can beat their customer service to be honest.

I must say Rankins is one of the best sellers, I know, not only for the items they sell but the staff also, they will help you in anyway possible and it doesn’t matter how many questions you ask, very kind and fast replying and super fast delivery.
