I ordered a personalised necklace from Rankins with my kids initials on them.
I messaged through instagram and the sales was extremely helpful sending drawings of how it will look and adjusted it accordingly.
Necklace arrived looked exactly how i expected it to be and i love it.

Easy to get something ordered that wasn’t online. The team sent some pics and measurements, weights and prices. Really easy to use. I knew I wanted to get my husbands 40th present from Rankins and he loves it! I have so many Memories from the shop in Bethnal Green and was slightly worried about the new way of shopping but I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased a Gold Bangle for my birthday and it was too big Rankins without question sent it back and sent another in its place their staff throughout was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them the bangle came with a happy birthday 🎂 plaque which was a lovely touch and bangle just so pleased cannot recommend them enough Thank you Rankins Team you are the Best will share my experience with friends/family alike you have been amazing
