Good service
Good service, and simple information requirements required to complete process and provide ID info etc. Only issue was around the address and jurisdication which didnt match, but was quickly resolved with a few calls to the company

Good customer service but dont pay the £4,99 charges …
Good customer service changing the name and resubmitting the application. However I paid £4.99 for you to check the original application and avoid this issue. The £4.99 is money for nothing and you should have refunded it and stop charging people for nothing.
