I won't use anyone else.
The staff at Raptor were prompt in replying to my enquiry and getting me pricing including freight from overseas.
Once ordered they updated me on the progress and it was delivered in perfect condition.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality lifting equipment that cannot be easily sourced in Australia.

Speedy Delivery
We spoke to a member of staff at Raptor Suppliers who kindly arranged delivery of an order to our custom in a seemless fashion. It was a big ask as it was before the Christmas holidays but we were pleased our customer received the line marking machine in just a few days. Great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Order placed in June 2023 with promised Delivery Time of 2 weeks. We received complete order in December 2023. Project plans went all wrong as a result of the delay.

Thanks for your valuable feedback, and we apologize the delay you had to face. The items you ordered were dimensionally heavy, and we did use secure packaging to ship them, but they anyway got damaged in transit thrice since their built was extremely fragile. To honor our deal, we issued free replacements for all these units every time, which eventually and unfortunately took time to ship as the original units were last in stock. Even though the pre-mentioned was out of our hands, we tried to vigilantly keep you posted about the progress, which you very graciously approved.
Nevertheless, we assure you a satisfactory purchase experience for your future dealings.
