Hello, I’ve been going back-and-forth with Grase she’s been a lot of help with my last order. I purchased a pair of gold flame earrings a couple weeks ago and and check out after I paid. I noticed that I purchased two pair of gold flame earrings so I am mediately emailed and she responded and help me take one out so she refunded me for one and then the other one was being shipped to me, they got shipped to me but then I got returned to you guys because the address was insufficient. I’ve had stuff mailed by you guys to this apartment. Not sure why I didn’t work this time. Yesterday I got an email notifying me that a product was being shipped to me. I open the email and noticed that it was the wrong item last month. I purchased a heavy chain from you guys. I got it I love it but it’s not the right product. The product is one pair of gold flame earrings, now that old pair that was being returned to you guys is the one that I. Also, when I go to order history on your website, the gold flame earrings are not in the history. I’m not sure why, so maybe that’s why the heavy extra chain was shipped to me because that was the last order I put but the last order I put that is not on there was a pair of gold flame earrings. The order number on shop app is 42680

I purchased for around £200, took some time for the delivery even if we paid around £20 in extra delivery cost. Then yesterday Fedex presented me with an invoice for £70.51 for Original Duty 5.15, Disbursement Fee 12.75 (surely that should have been included in the 20 that I already paid?) and then on top £52.61 VAT - this is very very disappointing as I had expected around 30 on top but it more than doubled. Unacceptable and how ever good the Jewellery is, a hidden cost of almost 40% is outrageous.

Jewelry is awesome! Customer support is amazing, had a ring of mine break and they replaced it hassle free! Love these people

I have several pieces from here that I've collected over several orders! I love many of them like my statement pearl cross chain and my bite me dual chain and I have a couple pairs of earrings and pendants! However some of my other pieces like the reflective pearl chain and the pearl Cuban chain have both broken. It is very disappointing since they've advertised "engineered to last a lifetime". My pearl Cuban chain lasted a little over a year (it broke when i was adjusting it around my neck since the excess chain likes to move to the front and dangle), and my reflective pearl chain after only a couple wears (it broke when i was taking it off before i showered). This has made me weary of placing more orders. With how expensive this jewlery is (which I don't mind spending if quality is there) I expected my chains to last longer... or even a lifetime like advertised.
Design is 5 stars but quality while factoring price point I have to bump it down to 2.

Good quality in my opinion but there’s no way using FedEx anymore.

FedEx delivery is not cheap and I got +22$ on my customs duty for “file management”… Please give us the opportunity to choose or delivery company for abroad deliveries or make the package DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) please so we don’t have hidden costs like those.

This was my first purchase with the company and I can definitely say I’m a lifetime customer. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or just the brand standard but I received a bunch of complimentary items to match the nose ring that I purchased and I’m super stoked to wear them. The quality of the jewelry is amazing too!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

RR is overall a great jewelry brand. It definitely has a lot of pieces that outshine a lot of other jewelry brands. They also do a very great job with keeping you in contact of when your product is going to arrive. Overall an amazing brand and I’ll definitely keep shopping with RR!

Was expecting the left earring for my order, so I emailed to see if I would be receiving that for my single order. I received the right earring and I'm unable to return or exchange it.

Product is great, I love it. Wish it came in silver still. I lost the small morningstar the first time i bought it probably from mishandling - i couldnt really tell when the supplied ring is locked. I ended up wearing the rectangular tag alone for a while but then the same thing happened with my own ring. Probably my favorite earring. Nice weight and look to it, kinda cunty.

I love the ball and chain flail earrings, but the flame studs came with the least secure backs I’ve ever seen. Given the price of the products I would hope that everything I received would have been of the highest quality. I’m a bit disappointed in this oversight. Can only recommend 2/4 things I got.

I am so excited! As we have yet to actually receive our merchandise the customer service was excellent as we had to update our address.

Amazing products!! I am in love with everything. I love all the different styles and options they have. I've ordered multiple things over the past year or two and everything looks brand new. I just got two new pieces and the day I got them, I just had to go back and order another necklace. The quality is amazing and everything gets ordered within a few days after I order it. Great quality!

Amazing jewelry, and wonderful customer service from Grace! She was very helpful and kind with sending out a replacement for a broken earring. If you’re on the fence about the shop, definitely go for it and buy it! I’ll be buying more from them in the future!

Awesome pieces, cool packaging, fast shipping times. I love the option to order earrings as a single, too.

Earrings were quality though the spiked ball ones were very heavy and I got a pair of spiked huggies that because of the construction and thicker-than-normal gauge, they did not fit into my ears. When I wrote the company they said they do not do returns for sanitary reasons, which is understandable — but I’d advise customer service to get a little more curious about why standard earrings aren’t fitting into standard holes and report that to the proper teams instead of the first response I got which was along the lines of ‘you’re out of luck’. I wrote another email saying the construction is a company issue and they relinquished a return slip which I appreciated. All in all, the materials were nice but I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.
