Rate Switch was recommended to us ahead of our renewal and honestly, it’s one of the smartest tools we’ve used. It allowed us to monitor how rates were moving and set alerts for better deals. It gave us a level of visibility and control we just hadn’t had before.

We secured an initial mortgage rate with RateSwitch a few months' ahead of the date we needed it. Their tool then monitored this, and notified us when our provider (Halifax) lowered their rates. That same day we were switched over to the lower rate which is going to save us £456 over the two years and we barely had to lift a finger. We couldn't ask for more!

I came across RateSwitch and founder Lee through a friend’s recommendation and had an excellent experience. From our first conversation, it was clear that RateSwitch stood out from other brokers I’ve used in the past. I explained our mortgage situation, and Lee took the time to understand it in detail.

What truly set RateSwitch apart was Lee’s use of his custom rate monitoring software, which he’s spent the last few years developing. Throughout a series of calls, he scanned the market in real-time, identified provisional deals, and secured offers while maintaining us flexibility. We ultimately finalised the best deal a few weeks before our mortgage term ended.
