Lots of promises none delivered
Dealt with Lee originally and all came across well , contacted him 6 months before new deal was required - Then everything ended up last minute and Lee just stopped responding to my calls & emails - This was very disappointing as all he had to say was he couldn't help - not just go to ground
Had to pay my accountant a lot to deal with Lee direct and had 3 months on a high rate mortgage so it has cost me nearly £2k for nothing !!!

RateSwitch have dealt with my mortgage a few times over the last few years. I wish I’d found them earlier as they saved me a lot of money, and their advice was second to none. One year, they suggested I just used my existing provider as it was a better deal, proving they’re genuinely there to get you the best deal possible. Lee who dealt with me took his time to explain everything in a language that makes sense, which I really needed, so I was able to choose the best option. If your mortgage is up for renewable, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Provide basic information and received a message the next day to set up a call to discuss my options. In a matter of days I have secured a better mortgage rate with minimum effort. Brilliant service. Lee who handled my application was great at explaining everything, making sure I was happy with all steps.

I found out about Rateswitch through CSSC and can confirm to my fellow members that it is worth your while to contact them regarding your mortgage. From the very beginning I received a friendly and highly professional service, with phone calls, emails and messages keeping me advised of the current position all along each step of process. Despite my mortgage being small and probably not that profitable to them, not once did I feel that I wasn't important enough. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Chris Evans for all his help in getting a cheaper mortgage deal, a weight off my shoulders, and thanks for making the whole process such an easy pleasurable experience.

They approached me in Feb/March when I was interested in a remortgage. At that point we had a better rate but they were very very patient in answering our queries. We initially decided not to go with them and stick to L&C but L&C screwed up the process mid way saying they the delay was was due to COVID when we started talking to them on Feb.

We went back to Rateswitch and they did not hesitate to relon at our case and infact gave us a better mortgage structure that at the end of it all saved us a lot of money.

Also, they were available whenever we had a question and felt more like dealing with a friend than an agent
