I would highly recommend Rathbones. I’m very happy with the service provided by William Luttrell-Hunt and his team at Rathbones. Will has looked after my finances, and those of my family, for over 35 years through the different phases of our lives.
He has always taken great care to understand my personal circumstances, aspirations and attitude to risk, and his advice has consistently reflected that understanding. A really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience with both William Day and the team at Rathbones. We joined them as a family after my dad passed away, during what was naturally a very difficult and emotional time, and they have been absolutely brilliant throughout.
From the very beginning, they made us feel completely safe and secure with our investments. Their communication is always clear, professional, and reassuring, and we genuinely feel that our money is being looked after with great care and expertise.

Great Service
We have been with Rathbones for a little less than two years (having moved from Citi Private Bank) and so far we have been very happy with the service we have received from Billy and his team. The service is personal and attentive and so far investment performance has lived up to expectations. Consistently beneficial support for most of our active life.
We have followed William for advice and management of our investments for very many years, since well before Rathbones. We have not ever doubted or regretted this.
At Rathbones, William and his team have continued to give critical and beneficial advice: flexible, responsive, always accessible, regularly reviewed in person, always understanding and attentive to our particular circumstances. This has included all-important, timely introductions to specialist colleagues on planning, pensions, tax and family affairs.
The support has been made readily available to other members of our family (children, relations) without hesitation or particular pre-condition; and has financially benefited and been much appreciated by each.

Absolutely first rate - thoroughly recommend
William and his team are absolutely first rate and I’d recommend them to anyone.
I’m not an especially trusting person… I take a while so that I can see people in action of a good period of time and from several angles. But William and his colleagues, especially Lily, have proven to be absolutely solid. They’re also easy to work with, very responsive, they know their stuff and they do really seem to care.

William Day and his team have been looking after my wife's and my investments (as well as those of my late sister's trust) for many years.

The first thing to say, the most important, is that the returns on capital are extremely good. Even with difficult times over many years Rathbones London have been able to navigate their way through and present significant results.
