Poor performance and service
In investment performance terms, wasted 6 years with below inflation returns - i.e. they lost me money. One would think that they would compensate this with service standards but this was also underwhelming and, at times, shocking. With so many wealth managers out there, I would advise you to shop elsewhere.

2019 the year we found a company we could trust
After some absolutely awful and costly experiences with a combination of financial advisors and investment managers, in 2019 we were introduced to Stuart Furzer of Rathbones. We just wish we had known Stuart and the company Rathbones earlier, their professionalism, honesty, and reliability is just excellent. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and we would recommend them whole heartedly to anybody who wants a personal and professional investment manager.

We appointed Rathbones as our financial advisers a couple of years ago after beauty parading a number of firms and supported by some strong personal recommendations - our team is David Nelson and Bob Szechenyi.
