Nightmare getting goods delivered promised last Tuesday didn’t turn up until 2 days later, Goods damaged in transit sent several emails with lots of pictures, which clearly showed the damage was asked for more pictures from different angles, still waiting a resolution even though this has been chased.

As soon as we received your email, our team immediately began processing your damage claim. We have requested photos multiple times so that we can proceed with the replacement of the damaged part.
You initially sent us a close-up image of the item, but unfortunately, it did not allow our team to clearly identify which part was damaged. We then asked you to send a photo of the entire element and provided an example image to show how the photo should be taken to help us identify the part.
Following that, we received another photo from you showing the underside of the damaged item. However, this image also did not allow us to clearly determine which part is faulty.
Our team is eager to help and arrange a replacement, but based on the images provided so far, we are still unable to accurately identify the damaged part. We kindly ask you to send a clear photo of the entire damaged piece from the front, following the example we previously provided.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Packaged very well. It is lovely but the material looks quite frayed which I wasn’t expecting for the price we paid. The cushions are comfortable and it over all looks really nice.

I was sceptical but all reviews online looked genuine. Ordered for a great price and really pleased. Only lost a star as took 12 days to arrive but they replied to email immediately and the delivery guy rang on the day to confirm time.

Amazing quality amazing value
We have owned rattan furniture in the past. I was nervous to purchase online. The quality of this product is fantastic. If I had purchased this at a garden centre I would have paid 3 times as much for it. It was relatively easy to construct, the rattan is thick and sturdy and the cushions are well made and firm. Only small drawback was it was dropped at the front door on a pallet but considering the huge savings well worth it. I cannot recommend this company highly enough I emailed to enquire about the delivery of the covers as I knew there was a delay and they responded immediately 10 out of 10 thank you
