Excellent quality food, easy to order, fast delivery, great communication.
I researched many brands of raw dog food looking for one which contained high quality tested and traceable ingredients, was complete & balanced and did not contain too much carrot. (H/O yeasty coat even though already raw fed). This brand ticked all the boxes.

Easy to order - the flexible Subscription works out cheaper than a one off order. You can skip a shipment, change the order date and the frequency of delivery. And you can change your selection of recipes.
I order the Pick n Mix selection box – it’s a better price per kg if you order the larger size boxes. Make sure you have enough space in your freezer!

So happy with Rawgeous! I had a disruption to my usual food delivery with a different company due to DPD being over run thanks to the Royal Mail strikes. So I made order with yourselves after seeing all your post on Instagram with you Xmas delivery times, plus you using a different courier. So took the risk and it paid off! No starving dogs over Xmas.

Guys absolutely loved the food and I loved the quality! Think I will definitely be doing a wee order every so often as very pleased.

Our dog loves the food and it looks good! I like the varieties on offer. The packaging is great in terms of the environment the only slight issue is that sometimes there’s quite a bit of the food stuck to the box, not sure what the answer is possibly those thin layers of paper you get under some packs of mince?

My three dogs all love this food and do really well on it. We have tried several raw food complete brands and have found that Rawgeous meets our needs best.
Ordering is straightforward, delivery has always been very quick, I have been contacted on one occasion when something hasn’t been available and a replacement has been offered.
Customer services have been amazing each time I’ve contacted them, they even applied a discount code that I had forgotten to apply after the order had gone through, even though it actually wasn’t applicable for me!

My dog's love this food only giving 4 stars because the salmon food has wheatenchaff in it and my dog's got sloppy poo because of it also it doesn't state the nutritional values on the website so I don't know how much fat ,protein, fibre and moisture is in the food until it arrives. The packaging isn't that good if you take the meat out still frozen then the cardboard comes with and you have to peel it off the meat if you let it defrost you can't get it all out of the box.

Communication and service is fantastic. Rarely an issue, when there has been it is resolved quickly and professionally. Always a pleasure.

The delivery was quite late at night but on the right day of delivery.
I am struggling to take the frozen food out of the current packaging you are using. This used to be so easy, but I think you have changed packaging products and it is almost impossible to take the frozen food out - I need to let it defrost which can cause a bit of a mess.

The doggies love the sausages and enjoy the selection of meats.
I realise now with plastic being a problem, that it is more environmentally friendly to use cardboard boxes, but once the meat is defrosted they disintegrate and leak unfortunately!
This wouldn’t stop me purchasing it again thou as I transfer it to another container.

Have had a subscription to Rawgeous since I got my dog. The food is great quality, huge variety, and the customer service is top notch. The couple of times I've needed to contact them to do an emergency stop on the sub due to my poor planning they have been so helpful and gracious about it. I cannot rate them highly enough.

My gorgeous little Shih tzu took to the Rawgeous diet almost instantly so I found the transition fairly easy. It’s a really convenient way to feed your beloved pet. I love that she is no longer ingesting harmful and toxic food that causes disease and shortens life. She loved all the mixes that I chose for her. She’d been on Royal Canin at the breeders and I moved her to Orijen and later home cooked meals, but she used to frequently have loose stools, diarrhoea and vomited white foam in the mornings. Her stools are now hard (normal) all other symptoms have disappeared and she’s full of life and energy. Happy tummy, happy dog..fingers crossed! I highly recommend this food.

Excellent food and customer service. Just wish food boxes were even smaller for tiny dogs so don’t need to cut frozen food in half before freezing

Excellent customer service and care, the food is such good quality!

Will remember next time not to order on a Friday as food isn't dispatched till Monday so no Saturday delivery.
Food arrived nicely packaged in a cardboard box packed with cool wool and was still 100% frozen. Individual boxes are also cardboard but don't open them till they are defrosted as the card lids stick to the meat when frozen.
Nice selection of meats available as well as fish, my dog has inhaled every meal from this brand so far. I have tried my dog on several different brands of Raw completes and to the human eye this one looks the most appetising! How ever of all the brands I've purchased so far this one does work out a fair bit more expensive than some other raw completes, I would happily keep my dog on this brand constantly but with human kids to feed as well I don't think I can afford this as a permanent food, but will try to place an order here and there.

I wouldn’t order with anyone else. I am so pleased with Rawgeous Pet food.
