First time buying from this company, but not the last for sure. Service was quick and staff replied to my messages in a timely matter.
The product i bought had an issue with a power supply and battery door (through no fault of Raycom of course) but Raycom have contacted tech support of the manufacturer and I got the spare parts sent (which fixed it all).
Top service, could not recommend more. Both shipping, prices and support is at it's best!
