Never buy from Raypom! I made the mistake of purchasing 3 pendants from their site and clearly emphasized the importance of timely delivery, considering the 1.5 month lead time from China. Despite their promises and multiple emails assuring me with a tracking number, it turned out to be nothing more than a label creation. The shipment has not been sent out, and I've spent a month chasing after them for answers. Each time, I receive the same generic response of apologies and excuses about checking with their logistics company. This kind of negligence and unfulfilled promises are simply unacceptable, and I urge everyone to steer clear of Raypom to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments. Never buy from this site!

BUYER BE WARE: I purchased a pendant light from this site. It was $240 and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. It looked like a cheap knock off version of the picture. So I went to return it only to find out that their return address is in China (not stated on return policy) and it was going to cost $200 to return. I contacted them multiple times for a resolution and kept getting the same response. If you return it we will refund you.

Such a horrible experience!!! product I received looks cheap…. wanted to return it…. they responded to the third email, which says me to send lamps directly to the China.Crazy!!

I've been on the hunt for the bedroom ceiling light and I found it in this store. Quality is not bad, good experience.

DO NOT BUY! It's a scam. The products are cheap and nasty and do not work. I ordered 5 lights. None of them worked. What they sent didn't even match what I ordered. The quality is terrible. The only contact is an email address which does not work. Now I'm out of pocket £110 and had to throw the lights in the bin. Total scam.

DO NOT order from this site. I did and paid $800 for what I thought was a beautiful chandelier. When it arrived, it looked NOTHING like the picture, was damaged and scratched and such poor quality. I contacted them. They would not send a return label or refund my money even though I showed them pictures of the damage. I have reported them to every contact that searches for scam websites. Again DO NOT order.

One star because zero isn’t an option.
Ordered a light for approx $300 that arrived 1) damaged 2) extremely poor quality (essentially spray painted in different colors, terrible construction, etc) 3) no neutral wire and not set up for safe US installation.

The company told me I’d need to return it to China at MY cost and provide tracking within 3 days, then a refund would be issued 10-14 days after they received it. I’ve sent photos of the damage and poor quality, requesting a return label and refund, which are being ignored- so now taking it up with my credit card company.

Overall, seems like a scam, sending junk at premium prices.

Stay away. Scam. I ordered a light from them. It did show up but didn't look like the image on the website. I asked to return it and they said they would return my money if I shipped the product back. I returned it even though the shipping was $300! The lamp was $500 so I thought I'd still get $200 back. However, now they won't refund my money and have stopped responding to the support email. I'm now out $800. Total bad people and a scam.

We got our order 4-6mos later (no updates nor responses to email on whereabouts of the order). When we got our orders, it has broken wires, broken bulbs & glass. We emailed million times and on the rare occasion they reply, the always ask for the problem. NEVER SENT A REPLACEMENT 8 mos & waiting!!!

Do not buy from this site ! There products are not the best quality. They pride themselves there products are the best and that guarantee a 365 day of exchange for defects but they won’t abide to there policy. Customer service is the worst. They don’t response and when they do is useless.

Avoid shopping from this site I ask for a exchange on a defected and damage fixture and they say that I could not return . I was asking for a exchange because there site has a 365 day guarantee on defects and damage products.

No stars actually. I would NOT recommend this company or its marketed products. I purchased 2 overpriced lights which claimed to be universally adaptable. My electrician has informed me that they are not compliant in Australia. When I tried to return them I was refused. Images and information are misleading and I am left with a product that is unusable and $160 out of pocket.
