I had the same experience someone else had.The aluminum can the spray cleaner came in leaks. I think the acid in the apple cider ate away at the metal can! Or maybe vinegar may have caused the metal to B eaten & therefor leak!
So the product inside the can is fine, but the container is not!

It is a great place to find natural products and everything in the store is Organic. I had a clogging problem with the sprayer so Black + Berry sent me replacement spray tops. Now i can start cleaning with a natural product rather than abrasive stuff. I like the high tech

So I took a minute to read other reviews and decided to purchase the product. I have used both the eucalyptus cleaner and had sanitizer. First, the hand sanitizer is AMAZING. There is absolutely no smell of alcohol and the feeling on my skin was really smooth. I think this may be the best hand sanitizer on the market. I absolutely love it. The cleaner has a great eucalyptus smell which, after using it all over my kitchen and on my stainless steel appliances, feels like I have done a good job of cleaning. There is a noticeable vinegar smell of course but it dissipated quickly and the eucalyptus remains much longer. I’m hooked. BUY IT. By the way, love the aluminum bottles. I won’t be throwing them away.
I had to transfer the liquid into another spray bottle. When I opened the box, it was wet from the product leaking.

We are so sorry to hear about your dislike of the smell. The base of the cleaner is organic raw apple cider vinegar that is a powerful cleaner and packed with probiotics. The vinegar smell disappears when it’s dry and you are just left with the smell of the essential oils. The cleaner is an overall healthy experience, as you breathe and are spraying the product and it touches your skin, it improves your direct environments microbiome. Our homes’ microbiome has a direct effect on our bodies’ internal microbiome which is in clear correlation to our over all health. We understand some folks do not like the smell of vinegar but adapt to the smell because of the cleaning ability and health benefits. We like to think this could be a similar process like the process of adapting to bleach that many of us grew up with.

I really liked Blackberry living cleaner. The degree of cleaning is exceptional and it doesn’t give me a headache.
I gave the euc-mint cleaner its first big test today- cleaning dirt and soot off California window sills and window sashes. I thought it wouldnt be as strong as more commercial cleaners. Boy was i wrong. It cut through everything on the first pass and smelled good to boot.
I purchased the cleaner as i really liked the ingredients and philosophy and care. I will repurchase because of that AND it really does the job well.
