I had repeatedly found problems in accessing my Brewin Dolphin portfolio via the app: refusing to accept my password, asking me to register for 2 step verification ( which I already have done) and apparently not considering my facial recognition as sufficient.
Leonardo tackled the problem with extreme calm, expertise, patience and cheerful courtesy. And by taking everything one step at a time, he resolved the problem completely. Much appreciated!

A very reassuring voice on the end of the telephone, patiently answering all the questions which I had regarding my investments and very clear instructions as to next steps.

I have had a real issue trying to set up and login to the Mybrewin account.
All the advisors I have spoken to have been very helpful and supportive, but I have to say that I am not overly impressed by the app. It has taken me three phone calls to get anywhere and I just hope that it now works!
This does not detract in any way from the quality of services I get from Brewin Dolphin , with which I am very satisfied.

A call to Brewins answered quickly by a very patient service advisor who talked me through setting up my access details and resolved my problems.
Having had accounts personally and for a family trust over more than 15 years
I can’t speak highly enough about Brewins and their team.

I had my problem with logging on dealt with swiftly and accurately. I also had further questions about my account dealt with with patience and understanding. Full marks for being pleasant and listening so well.
