I had repeatedly found problems with the app.

I had repeatedly found problems in accessing my Brewin Dolphin portfolio via the app: refusing to accept my password, asking me to register for 2 step verification ( which I already have done) and apparently not considering my facial recognition as sufficient.
Leonardo tackled the problem with extreme calm, expertise, patience and cheerful courtesy. And by taking everything one step at a time, he resolved the problem completely. Much appreciated!

Brewin Dolphin Customer Service

In my experience, Brewin Dolphin have always provided a user friendly, helpful service.
When speaking to Hikmat today he was exceptionally helpful, patient and successfully resolved the issue I had.

Helpful and considerate

I have had a real issue trying to set up and login to the Mybrewin account.
All the advisors I have spoken to have been very helpful and supportive, but I have to say that I am not overly impressed by the app. It has taken me three phone calls to get anywhere and I just hope that it now works!
This does not detract in any way from the quality of services I get from Brewin Dolphin , with which I am very satisfied.

I had been having difficulties logging…

I had been having difficulties logging in to my Brewin account on line,
A call to Brewins answered quickly by a very patient service advisor who talked me through setting up my access details and resolved my problems.
Having had accounts personally and for a family trust over more than 15 years
I can’t speak highly enough about Brewins and their team.
