They do a good job and the care plan makes it easy to budget for annual servicing/maintenance.

When the engineer turned up, he was prepared for the job expected and completed it with minimum disruption, maximum courtesy and left no mess behind him.

Communication was brilliant, organising a date to come out to do the job.

Arrived promptly, was also the same engineer as previous servicing. Very courteous and respectful (ideal house guest!). Was completed very quickly and advised of a minor issue. Very happy in all regards.

The good humouredness of the plumber. The obvious expertise of the manager he called - it was an unusual call out as builders had noticed a wet area on the patio paving stones, on a very hot day. Investigation revealed on old lead pipe that had sprung a leak.

Prompt service, friendly, efficient and considerate plumber. Minor issue quickly sorted and without making this elder lady feel like an idiot!

I have taken out a service plan for both of my properties and have never had a problem with the service this company provides me with over multiple years.

The company came out to us just before Christmas when no-one else would. They fixed the boiler as soon as the new part arrived which allowed us to have a family Christmas with heating and hot water

Our engineer works very efficiently, explained how to use our boiler in detail and tidied up after himself. Will certainly use this company again.

The work was carried out professionally.

The very friendly office staff who respond quickly and efficiently. The engineer who came out to replace some taps was very personable, nice touch that even on a dry day took his shoes off. Apart from the new taps there was no evidence he had been to my property as he left everything as he found it.

They clean our widows regularly and always make a good job of it. They are also very flexible about the dates the cleaning is done.

Job was to replace our very dated back boiler with a new Worcester Combi Boiler, also replacing most of our existing radiators and installing two new towel rails. This was all done in a day!

They returned for a second day to install three additional radiators into an existing extension that did not have any current heating.

The entire job was completed efficiently, very tidily and with complete professionalism.

Every member of staff that we had contact with - both in the office and on site - were polite, helpful and informative throughout.

A huge thank you to Josh, Harvey, Alfie and I think two others who’s names I missed, so sorry! You are all such a credit to this company and worked so hard!

I cannot recommend R B Poolman's enough - they will be our first point of call for all future work.
