On 28 Aug. My previous boiler was condemned by another company. I contacted R B Poolman late in the afternoon and by 10.00 am they had priced the job and given me an installation date. The fitter was very knowledgable and good at communicating about the the new system. I was very pleased with the complete operation.

Fitted new boilers in both my properties.
Both projects were completed to an excellent standard by professional , friendly teams.
Fantastic value for money would highly recommend

I had two chaps from RB Poolman out to investigate an old boiler and fit a new one.

Both were very friendly, honest and patient with my questions and did a great job, both in the fitting and the general way they handled the assessment of the work needed.

I don’t usually have people in my flat at all so it is a testament to their characters that I coped as well as I did for as long as I did !

The team of 3 that showed up from RB Poolman were very punctual and bang on time. All 3 were lovely and friendly, explained everything they were going to do and why.

The team were also very accommodating to myself, as I was working from home at the time of installation, and were very respectful to that. Got the whole job done in a day, which was also great as it meant no distribution to myself or my family.

We asked R B Poolman to quote for replacing/moving four downstairs radiators. This seemingly straightforward process, ended up with us having to send numerous photographs and explanations of the required job. We also sought advice from R B Poolman regarding the type of radiators we should buy, we showed them the exact radiators we intended to buy and were told we could these would be fine. R Poolman were also fully aware that we had micro-bore piping, Fast forward a few weeks and the radiators were fitted by a friendly R B Poolman employee. After he left, we tested them and three of them weren’t working. We advised R B Poolman of this and the same friendly employee visited, he explained that he’d put the valves on the wrong way round. He assured us it would work and left. To our disappointment, we tested them and they still didn’t work. We had to call R B Poolman yet again and the same chap visited, did some testing and told us we must have a problem with our micro-bore piping. We were then given a quote for replacing the piping but decided we would get a quote from someone else. Fast forward and we’ve finally had the pipework done by a different business for less than half the cost to what was quoted by R B Poolman. We were told that because of the size of the radiators, they would never have properly worked with micro-bore piping! So, it turns out, we were misadvised by R B Poolman about the type of radiators we needed and all in all, we ended up spending more money than we needed to. Thanks R B Poolman but we won’t be using you again. Your remote estimating doesn’t work and doesn’t make sense.

The team that came were very polite and curious at all times, also they were quick and efficient

Boiler installed on agreed date. Engineer - Charlie was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Unit left fully functional. The only disappointment was that the outer case had been scratched on one corner and along the bottom edge. After contacting R B Poolman and sending pictures of the damage, a new outer case/enclosure was supplied and fitted within a few days. Overall excellent service. Would recommend R B Poolman.

We had guests staying in one of our holiday lets, when our boiler stopped working, our usual engineer was on holiday,
I rang R B Poolman and explained the situation we were in and was told an engineer would come out as soon as possible, by 11.30 am the boiler was fixed, much to my delight, our guests were happy and the cost was reasonable.

Appointment quickly available. Friendly plumber arrived on time and completed the job quickly, tidily and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you!

I had arranged a boiler service but was rung up a couple of weeks before to ask if I would like it done sooner , as their operative had a space, which I readily agreed to.
Tom arrived when expected and got straight down to work servicing my gas boiler. He was pleasant and polite. He explained what was going on and seemed very efficient. All in all I was very pleased with the visit.

Boiler annual Service. Had someone in to do the annual service of our boiler. He seemed to have done a good job & left the place tidy. Always pleased with this company. thank you
