RB Poolman fitted a new boiler for me and everything about the job was excellent. They are very professional and everything has worked perfectly since it was fitted. I would thoroughly recommend.

Just call them, it will save you a load of hassle and better than calling round different companies. great team, polite, kind, fast efficient service, turned up when promised and now I have heating, made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. Even took their shoes off - I don’t even take my shoes off!

Technician was friendly and helpful. Arrived on time, performed the safety check quickly, thoroughly and carefully.

When I returned on 6/1/26 after a few days away I found my boiler not to be working. Following a call to RB Poolman late on 6/1//26 one of their engineers visited on 7/1/26 and diagnosed the problem which required parts to be ordered to fix the boiler. They came back on 9/1/26 to install the new parts and boiler working again. The what I consider very reasonably priced Platinum Service Contract I have with RB Poolman for the boiler covered all visit, labour and parts costs for the repair of the boiler. The service contract also includes an annual boiler service.

Following a new boiler being installed, we will not hesitate to recommend R B POOLMAN.
The work was carried out in a very professional manner.

Called out to look at a loss of pressure with our boiler. They isolated our heating over a weekend when it snowed, told us there was a leak under our downstairs flooring and to contact our insurance. Then ignored all my calls and emails to ask what to do next. Was charged £120 and had to get another company out. Turns out it was a simple problem that was fixed by another plumber. Was very upset by no communication after I paid their invoice.

Engineer always turns up as promised and explains things in layman's terms so that I understand. Tom is patient and always makes me feel that he has time and that no question is silly. He respects our home, always wearing foot protection, even though we have hard floors.

R B Poolman gave a swift reply ro my call and a plumber was sent in a timely manner to assist us and did a brilliant job, many thanks

The work was thorough, everything was explained in plain English, and the boiler was left running perfectly. I had a leak in pipes below my boiler. Engineer did a fast and tidy job in fixing the problem. Nice fella as well! Very pleased with the work and rates were reasonable.

Engineer arrived on time as planned. They carried out the work efficiently and were polite. The cost of servicing the boiler was the very competitive in comparison to others.

We enquired about taking a platinum contract out with RBPoolman company. We were with the gas board for over 50years and they increased the price by 25% . RBpoolman checked our boiler to see if it was viable to take on a contract. We were so impressed with the young man that called he give it a full check over we never seen that with the gas board , this inspired us to continue with the plan . Now looking forward to being with them for many years.
