Arrived out of hours. Resolved the issue and restored heating and hot water

They were quick to respond and spotted the issue quickley, fixing it on the spot with no need for a return visit. Very reasonable rates. All good!

We had a service last year from Poolmans and decided to take them up on their platinum care service.
A few months later, our rads were stone cold and no hot water but no clear warnings on the boiler itself.
It was a particularly cold today so I imagine a lot of people had issues with heating, but somebody was sent out that same morning and was able to fix the boiler within 10mins. It was to do with the circuit board so nothing I could do myself, but was told it has been marked on my account that there may be issues with the PCB so if need be a replacement can be ordered asap, all covered by my care plan.
All staff we've had round have been really friendly and explained all the issues.

Had dripping tap in bathroom. Engineer looked at it and said it needed a new cartridge inside. He couldn't get a replacement on the day and left with the tap still dripping! Paid £120 call out fee. Later received a quote for £170 to replace cartridge!

This company was the chosen team to fit my fast track installation of a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler to replace my worn out 10 year old system. The whole process from beginning to end was no hassle, well organised, quick and efficient. Lovely team working behind the scenes to check everything was ok and good service by the fitter on the installation day. Everything is in working order and I’ve no complaints at all so far but if I had, I’m sure they would sort them out without issue.

Harvey and George arrived at the agreed time and got on with the job very efficiently. They were polite, courteous and professional throughout. The new boiler was installed, tested and set to work by the end of the working day and they left the house clean and tidy.
Together with the initial appointment, quote and general good service from all those I spoke with at RB Poolman, this was an excellent service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the first enquiring and getting the quote and then having the job done which was very quick i had a team of four engineers come here arrived on time and were very clean and tidy nothing was to much trouble from moving furniture and putting it back and cleaning up at the end I would highly recommend this company to everyone needing any plumbing or heating requirements 10/10 very impressed

Very helpful with our fitting of new boiler in our GP Surgery, all done in a day, the whole process of quotes, timing and help from staff was brilliant.

Read the small print carefully! Even with the Platinum cover it seems that more than 20 exclusions apply. A simple pressure top up will cost you well into 3 figures!!

The Gas Engineers who installed my boiler were so helpful. They told me what they were doing throughout and then explained all the controls and paperwork when the boiler was fitted. They were so tidy you would never have known they had been there. A really friendly and professional team. I would highly recommend this firm.

Very pleased with the guys who came to remove an existing boiler & fit a new combination boiler. Their workmanship is commendable. Instructions given on setting new controller. Left their work areas clean & tidy. Really impressed.

Have been using Poolman P&H for the past 10 years not only fitting my first Combination Boiler but also replaced our old bath/shower room. Replaced the combination boiler as the ten year warrantee has expired no issues with the old one just thinking about the future. Short booking time, punctuality and clean working procedures.
