I am very satisfied with RCI. I opened a new savings account the other day and you made the whole experience very easy to deal with unlike some of your competitors! When I had some difficulty understanding the process of making my first payment your phone assistants were super helpful and patient until I got it right! Thank you very much

My wife and in have used RCI for several years and always very reliable and efficient. The app is simple to navigate, secure and has multi use facets. RCI are currently very competitive on savings accounts and will always get our support if they continue. Highly recommend

Needed to renew a fixed term deposit but only wanted to use half of the existing FTD. I found the process confusing but was talked through it by a helpful member of the team who was very patient when I made mistakes

The interest rates were good and the website was easy to navigate. I had no reason to contact customer services, so I'm unable to comment, although I've heard only good reviews.

I have been saving with RCI for several years, with no issues. The app is simple and easy to use. I think the savings offers are very good.

Open a 1 yr Bank Bond which was simple enough. Postal authenticated receipt received and updated, no issues there. Email and texts received when deposits, via bank transfer, have been placed. Competitive fixed rate brought me here and so far, so good, extremely happy.

RCI Bank was recommended to me by my partner who has always been very satisfied with his account. It's early days for me but so far so good.

As I have always found with RCI, their interest rates are competitive, and transactions are simple and straightforward.

Oh my goodness what a rubbish bank!
Please note everyone - close your accounts down and empty them. Take your money elsewhere, every other bank works more SIMPLY than RCI does. Changing your nominated bank SHOULD be possible via the app or web site. No PAPER FORMS needed or copies of statements or utility bills - UTTER and prohibitive NONSENSE.

Resetting a password is not always simple but with Ian's help it was a seamless experience.

I have been a saver with RCI for several years.
I now have several fixed rate accounts,quite small sums,but growing nicely.
My Freedom saver keeps my emergency money avaliable at quite a good rate.
For me,good communication & an easy to use website are important ,& RCI excel with both.

The company employee was excellent and helped me thtough options in friendly and hepful manner

So far, as an 80 year old not great with online banking, I've had no problems. The interest rate seems quite competitive and access fairly simple. Speaking to an advisor I had to do once or twice initially was pretty quick, unlike the NS&I (where its impossible!)

I opened saving account and the money was there within one day well done and I hope they be good to me in the future

All done with ease, Really good online website. Reasonable rates of interest. What's not to like
