Was able to pickup our purchase and use it the same day

Everything. You customer service rep has no idea what customer service is. Her manager finally got my issue resolved.

Great customer service rep at the will call desk. Item came out in the stated time frame.

Received an email saying it was not ready. Had to call and find out where order was 3 days later. Never received a text or email that it was ready to pick up.
Order was ready and pulled. Total wait time was 10 minutes.

Ordered a washer and dryer set, but only the dryer was available for pick up and no notice about washer being on backorder for months later.

Called 30 min ahead for quicker pick up, but arrived only to find out the order wasnt ready and had to wait additional 30+ minutes.

Understandably, errors happens all the time, but must communicate. Lack of communication is horrible service.

The purchase experience online was easy. I would have given five stars but the clerk at the warehouse pickup center was grumpy and seemed bothered that I was there to pick something up.

The contracted delivery service I would not recommend at all. It was not delivered in an RC Willey truck. Firstly they didn’t even want to bring it in the house. They wanted to just leave it on the porch. Secondly they did not take away the old appliance so we were stuck with the old dishwasher in our small kitchen. They were also quite rude.
All that being said, the customer service rep I spoke with was very kind and professional. She scheduled a pick up for us at the first opportunity she could. So we are very satisfied with her correction of the situation.

The product was available at a good price and I was able to pick it up the same day at will call. Will call was very prompt and helpful. I called ahead and they had it ready when I arrived.

We purchased a floor model Aireloom mattress, 2 latex pillows, and delivery. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery crew were very respectful, however we only received 1 of the 2 pillows and our mattress was not on the delivery with the rest of the purchase. However, only one delivery had been scheduled. I called the warehouse to figure out what the problem was, and was directed to the store because floor models are normally picked up from the store location. The rep was quick to dismiss the entire situation as the store's problem, including the wrong quantity delivered. I called and left a message with the salesman, but after a few hours, I called customer service at the South Salt Lake store. The customerbservice rep notified me that the mattress had been delivered to the warehouse 10 minutes prior and that I would have to call the next day to re-schedule delivery. I had taken time off work to make sure I was home to recieve the delivery and was frustrated with the lack of help. Not knowing when delievery would be able to be re-scheduled for, I requested to pick the item up ourselves. When my husband went to pick them up, the employee at the warehouse was very rude and told him that "as-is" items do not get sent to the warehouse and argued with my husband. Luckily another employee stepped in because there are times that these items do in fact come to the warehouse to be sent out and she helped figure out the situation. After an hour, the mattress and pillow were located in the warehouse and my husband brought our items home. I'm very disappointed to have paid for delivery to have this kind of experience. I understand things happen, but the lack of customer service and communication were disheartening.

Ordered a new dishwasher online. Was very easy process. Called the distribution center 30min before pickup as advised. After checking in at will-call they brought out our dishwasher in 5min. Great service!!

Forgot to add delivery to our order and only took 3 minutes on the phone to fix it. RC Willey has the best customer support there is!

Perfect if you have an hour or more to kill. The color is wrong. I called but was unable to reach a human and there was no return call to resolve my issue.

Customer Service was non-existent when I worked with Salt Lake City. By error, my product was placed for pickup in SL City. I live near Auburn, California, and was not going to drive through a couple of states to pick up my stove. It was not until AUBURN, California, got involved, Mindy to be exact, that I found someone whose efforts are the definition of helping someone: customer service with integrity and kindness. For Mindy in Auburn, 5 plus stars; for SLCity, minus 5. Thank you.

The site said this stove was available to pick up at the warehouse in West Valley. Then I got an email saying it wasn't, but it would be ready the next day. Then I got another email that next day informing me the stove is STILL not in stock! That was today. I still have no clue if I'll ever even get this damn stove now.

Excellent experience

Bought a dishwasher that turned out to be a lemon (broken water valve) had to uninstall item and return to store. Company has updated invoicing system and what a mess no one knows how to operate it!! Maybe they should do some more training for there employees.

They had what we wanted in stock and got fast service at the warehouse.

Fast and easy as soon as I got there they had it ready for me

Easy to purchase online. Picked up item that same day.
