Unproductive card verification process
I had an overall positive experience up until when I arrived at the distribution center to pick up the order. I did not have my wife's credit card in my possession so I was asked to call a help line to have my wife verify her card and purchase. After spending over 15 minutes on hold, we each spoke to someone that was completely unable to assist us. Through 20 minutes of frustration and no resolve, we canceled the original purchase using my wife's card. Instead we used my debit card in my possession to prevent having another long, possibly unproductive conversation. My wife and I considered canceling the entire purchase over the matter.

The whole experience through ordering…
The whole experience through ordering online, the follow up texts and calls were very helpful. The delivery people were efficient in putting the stationary bike together. The review would have been a five star, but the bike monitor came with a crack on the outside of the viewer. So we’ll have to go through the process again for a return.

Crazy "red tap" rules and unhelpful pick up experience!
I went out to pick up a chair at the warehouse that my husband and I had purchased. I forgot my ID so had to drive back in rush hour traffic to get it. Came back and then they told me i couldn't take the chair, because my name was not on the credit card used to purchase it...even though the order was in my name. (It was our business credit card) Then I had to reach my husband for him to call their other number to give permission for me to take the purchase. He was coaching high school basketball at the time and un reachable. 2 hours later he was able to call the number...and then that group called the warehouse to approve it. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Most inefficient experience and I felt like I was working with government IRS people behind the desk. Totally unhelpful! Last time I buy with RC Willey. To be honest, I have never had great experiences with this company.

Went to location on 256 S. 5600 W. Warehouse worker was leaning on my car he vaped in my face. Not that but got here at 3:15ish someone else showed up after me and his order was pulled first. When I checked in they didn’t tell me the time to expect and it was a video game. Little frustrating to me.

Great Experience
My husband and I are elderly and live in NJ. Unfortunately my husband is very ill and we are sequestered in our home as he can't be exposed to any illness. We have spent a great deal of time on our deck and would like to use it as the weather gets colder. We liked your heater and Elise was wonderful making that possible. She went out of her way to find the information we needed and handled the sale along with the shipping quickly and with unexpected kindness. We would definitely shop again with RC Willey.
