Received exactly as ordered. Grate was delivered promptly and fit perfectly. Excellent customer interaction. Would buy from again. This grate is much more useful than the “plate” version that was stock on the oven.

I've always loved RC Willey and I've been a credit holder since 2010. My most recent couch I purchased did bust at the seams so I had to take two days off of work for it to be inspected and a new one delivered and it was only 40 days old. It was taken care of but I did have to take 2 days to be home for the delivery and inspection so I was hoping for an account credit PLEASE.

Great service!! Never had a problem with any RC Willey. Been a customer since 1970. Question would be If their service was bad Why would I keep going back?

Called ahead and let them know I was coming. Arrived and picked up the package without any issues. Very quick and efficient.

Delivery was amazing!! Shawn Pettingill delivered my mattresses earlier than expected and brought them in the house for me even though I did curbside online 🙂 Wonderful communication when my product was going to be delivered from RC Willey so I was able to get be home for the delivery

Very friendly receptionist and dock worker. My product was brought out promptly.

I was in and out of the IDC warehouse in no time. Much faster than I was expecting. Great job!

Received the wrong refrigerator. Then was told it would be 5 days to receive the correct one. So what do I do in the mean time?

Even though they were busy I was surprised how quickly my package was brought to me.

Came in to look for some items. We had a great experience with Andrei in the past so asked for him. He helped us out and there wasn’t any sort of pressure to buy. Other sales reps were helpful as well. Quality of items here seemed better than others.

The website, ordering and delivery were just fine. Very professional and proficient, I love RC Willey.

On the other hand, the desk we order came with a scratch on the table top. Then the bed for my son, whom is not a heavy 14 year old, has already broke in several places by him just sitting/laying on the bed. The parts that have broken on his bed is the boards that you place across for the base that hold the mattress. Several have completely broke and there is not very many left before his mattress will hit the ground. We will have to fix it somehow so he's not sleeping on the floor before long because they keep breaking. My apologies for being honest, but we are not impressed and disappointed with the stability of this bed. We've only had the bed since November/December 2021.

Nice and friendly delivery, super fast and awesome and cleaned up the boxes and stuff and I love the table!!!

The couch was exactly what I wanted and delivered on time and without problem. The washer and dryer was delivered on time in perfect condition and the delivery persons remove the old washer and dryer and install the new one quickly and efficiently

Ordered a dresser for curbside delivery as a Christmas gift. Once the delivery drivers got there opened my garage. This shorter stocky guy grabbed the dresser by himself brought the dresser in set it down soft and was on their way. Super friendly too. Great service, bought online. Worked great!

My appliances are fantastic and were in stock-delivered the next week.

My granddaughter was looking for a newer handheld Nintendo Switch for Christmas. I searched for about an hr before finding one on RC Willey’s website. Although I had found several other websites ... those websites were either out of stock or astronomical in price. This Company was exceptional for pricing and purchasing the above including receiving the item timely. I had even made an error when ordering and I contacted the Company when I was aware and it was rectified quickly. I would definitely recommend this Business.
