We got caught in a bind. My husband pulled out his RC Willey card, which we've never used outside of RCWilley, haven't used it for years.....and paid for the purchase! It's for more than furniture!

Hello, my experience with RC will is credit department was awesome. It was fast it was easy it was simple. Very friendly customer service. And the store itself is amazing.

I'm very happy with the items I am purchasing, however, your online ordering process and layout require immediate improvement. It isn't 2005 anymore.

Well, you haven't delivered the sofabed yet, so asking me this is premature... the web-site gave me a challenge the first time processing [which I sent the info to you guys already-as you requested & responded a day later] later that eve [Sunday eve] I retried to process and was successful, now granted I was unaware if you had "double-charged me [calling my bank confirmed that did not happen] This NEW couch hopefully looks and feels great-bought it via internet only [never done this before-Old School] I have a dual recliner sofa coming a week later... It should be a great match.

We absolutely love this beautiful sofa bed!! Although I haven't opened it up [don't feel the need to because of the quality seen] yet, it's a heavy quality made sofa. The colors are perfect that match our new Sofa Recliner.. The accents of the material tacks, on the arms, throw pillows, plus the prints on the sofa are perfect. Plus the delivery guys were awesome-professional, and respected our home as well.

The couch was delivered exactly when they said it would be and the two men who delivered it were very respectful and also funny. They made it an enjoyable event for us.

Easy and fast

I am so happy with RC Willey and their customer service. I had a concern with a recent purchase and RC Willey did not hesitate to help me. I am very thankful for their attention and will always return to RC Willey for all of our home furnishing needs.

Buying a washer and dryer combo was good back in 2021. I had issues with it so they changed them out 3 times and the new one workd for 3 years and 11 months and now the washer is going out. I still have 1 year and 1 month left on the extended warranty so we are getting it changed out but RC Willey we stop our warranty and they don't want to give us credit for it i have heard so many people love this company. but I am not getting the same experience as others .

Bought a mattress for our rv. Shannon was great gave needed info, answered all questions. Then let us decide what was best for us no pushing or pressure. Then had an issue with payment. Customer service handled it without hesitation and issued a refund. Easy to work with.

I purchased a stove last Fall from the Layton Store and was helped by Anthony, he was AMAZING!! I wasn’t sure what I wanted so he asked me several questions about what I liked to cook, cleaning options, budget, etc… and then he showed me 3 that fit my needs and I bought it. The stove went on sale later and he rewrote the ticket to reflect the lower price! He absolutely went beyond. NOW TODAY, I texted him about a sofa I want and although it is not his department he took the time to help me and now I am getting a beautiful sofa without even having to go in the store !!! Ask for Anthony in Layton if you need any appliance!!!!

Every single time I shop at RC WILLEY (Specifically the Layton Location) I always have great experiences. They are the absolute best and assisting and super experienced. Very knowledgeable in their departments and never too pushy. Amazing every single time.

Microwave broke while we are upgrading our kitchen. Wanted to buy an inexpensive microwave to use while upgrades are in progress. Salesman helped us find an excellent discontinued microwave at a great price.

we bought a bed. They told us that they would deliver it and they did not say it was on back order then they told us a date For when they’re gonna bring it, the first one was canceled. The second one was canceled. The third one showed up at my Home there was someone here waiting for them. They sent me a message saying they’d be there in 20 minutes. Someone was here he checked three times every 20 minutes they told us that they even knocked on the door. The person that was at home, waiting for them to show up never heard a knock if I could give the store zero stars I would! Shitty customer service shitty delivery also while I’m on the topic all of their wood There’s three Middle men one it comes from China to it’s shitty three they don’t make their own furniture if you want top-of-the-line furniture at a reasonable price I would suggest you go to Ashley furniture they make all of their furniture. They have no middle man. Their customer service is much better and their delivery is much better. I am not pleased with Rc Willy’s I would never recommend the store to anybody! We will not be buying from them ever again! I wanted to buy some memory foam pillows and I was gonna go to Rc Willy’s but I’m not going to Now we will never shop with them again ever!
