Excellent service today. Had a major hiccup with the delivery, BUT They fixed everything and took care of us within a few hours. So happy with the everyone involved. Especially Justin! Don’t know his last name I think in Layton store! Amazing help!

The Greeters and sales people are always so nice and helpful our sales Rep was knowledgeable and very nice. We count on RC Willey for most of our big purchases so it’s nice to have someone be knowledgeable and helpful while making a choice Thank you

WAY too many salespeople in the store. There were probably more salespeople than customers. It’s is quite annoying to be constantly stared at and followed around the store when just browsing. Leave me alone, when I am ready to buy or ask questions, I will let you know. Tell the salespeople to calm the hell down.

I was having trouble with placing my order online. Someone from the Layton office helped me place my order. I bought a desk ansld signed up for blue rewards delivery. My delivery date was set. I arranged to work form home on that day. My delivery didn't show up. I was told the order was in the system for Pick Up in another state and blue rewards was not on there. Had to do over. Now I have to figure out how to be home again. Several weeks.

Terrible customer service and incompetent employees. I ordered a trim kit online. The delivery was fast. However, went we drove an hour to Malad, ID to install it in our new house and we discovered it was a box of pots and pans. We then drove a hour and 45 mins to the Layton RC Wiley to return it. We worked with a MANAGER to rectify the situation. He set it up to have the correct item be delivered on Weds. I called customer service because I received no communication regarding the delivery. Turns out the manager left the status in an estimated status. I called customer service today, spoke to a supervisor and the item is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. This is the second time this year this has happened to me. Both days I have taken off of work for the deliveries and received nothing. Their errors are costing me time and money. Additional, when I bought 4 large appointment is earlier this year, sales associate told me I would receive a rebate. When I started completing the rebate information, I found out that one of them didn’t qualify. I had to have 4 appliances in order to receive the rebate. We bought an additional appliance because we were told we would receive the rebate. I feel like I was lied to and the employees could care less about me. I will not be shopping at RC Willey’s in the future.

Website showed same day pickup, when ordered it changed to 3 days later. False advertising.

It was easy to place the order. When I had to call customer service to have the sales tax deducted, they were extremely courteous and helpful.

Horrible customer service with a late delivery.

Salesman was very courteous and knowlegeable. Great visit. Got dishwasher I wanted and already delivered.

RC Willey has a reputation - of confusion and inconsistency. Manufacturer has 1 year warranty. RC Willey offers 5 year warranty. My math shows 1 + 5 = 6 year total what I want. This is what sales guy said. Finance callback says 5 year inclusive of both. If sales and finance can't agree to start with what should be expected in the future? Simple sells. Confusion is doubt and sends me elsewhere.

We were given the wrong appliance at will call and Rc Willey took care of it quickly and accurately. There were a few more glitches, all unexpected. they made sure to take care of things to our satisfaction. All ended up well, the appliance we received had all the features we were looking for. They made sure to deliver to our home and we have a warranty from the manufacturers and from Rc Willey, we know they stand behind their product and support their customers and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Told me my order wasn’t ready and they would let me know when it was. A few hours later I called to find out what was going on and the order was ready but wasn’t told it was

Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help anyway they can. My salesman was very nice and answered all my questions quickly.

I had an order with RC Willey and there were a couple areas wherein my order had some issues. I contacted RC Willey with my concerns and they handled my concerns professionally to ensure everything was taken care of.

Great sales service without pressure; went the extra mile to meet our needs. Sales rep responded to call for additonal information.
Delivery communication was helpful. Customer service personnel were very helpful and again, willing to go the extra mile to help.
Delivery men - Alex - polite, helped us set up our patio furniture how we wanted and cleaned up well.

From the sales person to the installers. Everything went as promised and it looks great.
