The point of sale was a breeze. Alan was very kind and got us set up with the appliances that met our needs. The “fumble” was with the delivery. They made an excuse as to why they couldn’t install the washer and dryer. They said it was “corroded “ which it wasn’t cuz i was able to install them MYSELF. They didn’t even put the washer and dryer in the laundry room. I had to ask the COX cable guy that was installing my internet to help me. They left the old washer and dryer on the curb. They were supposed to take those. They just left without coming into the house to inform me of what was going to happen with the old washer and dryer. And to top it off, they left a bunch of trash in the middle of the street.

I found the office furniture I wanted on RC Willey’s website. Since we live in St George, UT I called the store in Summerlin, Las Vegas NV for help. William Wetzel, the salesman I reached was very helpful. He knew exactly the particular desk I wanted. I told him the various pieces of furniture I wanted. William sent me pics and confirmed measurements of the furniture I asked for. He located all of the furniture and scheduled delivery. The delivery men were very professional and respectful. I didn’t like the office chair that was in the matching set of furniture. My wife wanted to exchange the smaller bookcase for the larger hutch that attached to the credenza we already received. William was very helpful in scheduling an exchange for the new pieces we wanted and returning two that were not needed. And he honored a cheaper price that I had saved from RC Willey’s website for an end table in this grouping of office furniture. It was a pleasure doing business with William and the RC Willey’s in Summerlin.

Another outstanding shopping experience at RC Willey! I recently came to RC Willey with my daughter, she was looking for new bedroom furniture for her new house. Before arriving, I contacted my #1 sales associate Michael McDuffie that we would be coming in and if he could help her with finding bedroom furniture. He was wonderful!! My daughter bought a whole new bedroom set! She is thrilled with her purchase and the service she received. While there, I found some more decor and a bookcase and contacted Michael later about it if he could look these items up for me and assist me with the order. As always, he was super helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and so nice!!! He made sure my order was completed and handled all details. Since moving to Las Vegas several years ago, we have been shopping at RC Willey since Oct 2023 and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Michael is the reason we are lifetime customers and will continue to spread the word and Michaels name - go see Michael McDuffie at the Summerlin store for an outstanding shopping experience. I needed a new over the range microwave in a hurry. Customer service in the big box stores was nonexistent and they had very little stock. RC Willey had the model and color I wanted available locally. My sales associate Alan got the order completed and I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes. The installation contractor called me 15 minutes after I made the purchase to schedule delivery for the next morning. Delivery crew was prompt, courteous and tidy. The process could not have gone better. Thank you!!

We purchased a washer and dryer set on March 1st. The salesperson answered all of our questions. We were able to have them delivered and setup on the 6th. Delivery guys were great. They were on time and finished in 20 minutes. They were polite and professional and friendly. I'm very happy!

I purchased almost $10k worth of furniture and waited a week to have it delivered. One sofa and two recliners. Not cheap ones either. Once it arrived, the sofa was not put together correctly and is defective. The recliner is missing the remote control that makes it recline. The delivery person said they would have customer service call in the morning.
There was no call the next morning so my wife called in the afternoon and after waiting an extended amount of time on hold, they said they would bring out the remote and a new sofa. IN ANOTHER WEEK!
We went into the store that night and asked to speak to a manager. We were sent to the cashier to speak with a supervisor who only moved the delivery up by three days. I told her that I have been buying furniture, electronics, and appliances from RC Willey for about 20yrs and that I didn't understand how the delivery team wouldn't check to ensure all parts and items were in working condition prior to putting it on a delivery truck. I also told her this was the worst service that we have encountered with RC Willey and it fell on deaf ears.
To top it all off, the electric recliners didn't even come with an instruction manual for the remote controls. Not that it is that difficult to operate but another example that attention to detail is lacking.
So, we will wait another 5 days for delivery. If it isn't right this time, they can take it all back and I'll start buying furniture from somewhere else. Terrible way to treat a long-standing customer who has been extremely loyal.

I made an online pickup order on 2/15. It was scheduled for pick up on 2/17. I arrived on 2/17, only half of the order was ready. I was told the rest would be there 2/18. I get home open my order, clean it to use it, only to realize it is the wrong item. I called on 2/18, spoke with Nicole. She was great at getting me a replacement. On 2/21, I went to the store to pick up part 2 of my order only to be told it wasnt delivered and has no delivery date. I was also told its ONLY a small appliance. And RCW pickup has nothing to do with the webstore. I was dissatisfied with that answer and went to customer service. Torinda was helpful. She called over to the Henderson store. They said they would call back. She told me she would call me when they called her. No call. I was given a $30 gift card for my trouble. Today is 2/22 and no one has called and no information about my order has been emailed. Totally dissatisfied!
