The engineer was very polite and very pleasant. My repair was fixed very quickly. I can’t fault the firm or the engineer. Would definitely recommend them.

Very nice chap came, ice had formed on bottom of freezer so we’re having to wait till that defrosts and then fingers crossed he’s booked us in for another visit next week, so no fridge or freezer till next week, luckily have an outdoor freezer in garage, milk and butter in wine chiller for the time being!

Contacted RDA via email last week and was quickly given the price and information I needed to book an engineer visit. The engineer visited today and quickly sorted the problem with my dishwasher! Communication from start to finish was excellent, with emails and texts giving me updates of appointments etc. The call out charge was extremely reasonable and I would have absolutely no hesitate in using RDA again, and recommending their services to friends. An excellent and local company doing a great job!

I wish I could give this outstanding firm a 6th star such was their professionalism, concern, friendliness and expertise.The relationship began when Dom And Gen (usually reliable)instructed RDA to send two replacement parts for my fridge.They got one wrong .RDA sent the two promptly in good faith.On realising one was inappropriate, I explained the correct part.RDA ensured it was with me within 24 hours and superbly packaged.This was good old fashioned Customer Service.I would recommend them to anyone!

Good notification of time of arrival. Engineers very polite and professional. They explained everything and waited to make sure everything was working properly. Price was reasonable. I would certainly use them again without hesitation. Thank you.

How this company has a rating this high is unbelievable. Look at google reviews too. Had several engineers out to fix a broken induction hob and none of them could replace it. Finally someone turned up with replacement glass and then discovered the glass wasn't correct. Said they would source the correct one and be in touch. I was then sent a text survey of the service indicating the job was complete. This is not the case and I still have a broken induction hob. Stated this on the survey and have had no contact. Repeatedly called them with no answer. I'm forced to contact AO who I have my policy with and will be escalating this as I suspect that as they've marked the job as complete they have invoiced AO for the work which means they have possibly committed fraud. Avoid this company at all costs.

No issues booking online. Repair booked on the Saturday and repair done on Tuesday moring. Text shortly before arrival. In and out in less than 15mins. Ice and water dispenser working perfectly. Friendly and polite repair man and a huge bonus that he wasn't afraid of dogs 😆

Tuesday guy came out and took measure of the cooker see what it needed and he order a complain bulb glass and main socket that fits inside the cook then a different engineer came out today installed the knew light in my oven checked hope cooker make sure burners were working the grill and oven and even adjusted the feet make sure all was ok before he left that engineers who both came out were polite and so nice and ask if anything else I need so am so happy what job they done great service thank you so much

The engineer was very professional explained what he was doing even offered to clean up after him im really pleased that he managed to fix the problem with my washing machine thanx again

Great service. The engineer arrived promptly and fixed my washing machine in minutes. He gave me some good advice regarding the machine. I'm very happy with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Although the appointments were a week apart the guys who turned up were very professional. Turns out our dishwasher had more than one fault. The engineer persevered and got it working. I wound recommend this company

Great efficient service. Competent engineer. Something needs ti be done about the timing though. I should have at least been able to take a morning off work, or an afternoon - a full day is not as convenient. Thank you.

Engineer came round within a few days of me phoning to say oven not working. He was lovely and worked out what was wrong quickly. Same guy came back with new element a few days later and fixed it quickly.

I had my tumble drier repaired by an engineer from RDA. He arrived on time, was polite and got straight to work to identfy the fault. I was delighted with the result. I have had several dealings with the company and never any problems. Their engineers are a credit to the company.
