Zac was amazing fully fixed the tumble dryer. Was polite, mannerly and fully explained what the problem was and how he repaired it. 5 stars!

Excellent warranty repair to washing machine, as good as new now. Work carried out efficiently. Timing of visit vague but luckily someone was home anyway.

Recently bought a new Beko fridge freezer which after a few days it developed a fault.RDA services attended to repair the appliance but a new part was required.On the second visit Zak attended to the repair and without any problems the part was replaced.In our opinion RDA were great to deal with and have no complaints about the way we were dealt with.Disappointed about the fault occurring so soon after purchase.Well done RDA

My freezer stopped working on my Samsung American fridge freezer. Zach/Zak from RDA Service and Installation visited to repair and was fantastic. Extremely polite, very professional and identified what was wrong. The fan had stopped working and Zach/Zak explained how this works and what was wrong, the fan was stuck. He fixed the problem and I now have a fully working freezer. He is an asset to your Company and would highly recommend.

The engineer came out fixed the problem... I was so grateful.. the only complaint I had was the time I had to wait to get an appointment,the original appointment had to be cancelled..

Engineers were very pleasant and presented themselves and the company well. Communication for the repair was excellent and accurate. Repair was completely quickly.

I am glad my fridge was ultimately fixed but the first engineer visit rendered the appliance completely unusable and to add more misery to that ordered the wrong part. The replacement door was in stock after a week but the non critical hinge cover (ordered for the wrong side) was not. This resulted in no fridge or freezer for over a month when before the freezer was fine and the fridge was temprimental.
