Called on Saturday for a call out came on Tuesday , engineer was very nice and did a good job

Had a brilliant engineer called Zac today to repair my washing machine was a quick fix and he was polite and tidied up before he left would highly recommend this company

The engineer came out and checked everything that needed to be checked with my washing machie and reasure me everything was working and left my kitchen tidy and I was happy with the work which was carried out. 🙂

Repair man was very courteous, pleasant and very thorough would not fault him

Engineer was out within a few days of calling, our engineer Zac was very efficient and found problem immediately and the combo microwave oven was fixed within 15 minutes and back to working order..

Many thanks for your great work and my washing machine is working extremely well now. Also great praise for each of your engineers who were very efficient, showed much expertise and were very friendly. The only minor point I would make is your use of non-specific time appointments which meant I had to be in and near my phone until your engineer arrived. However, it all worked out well in the end.

Good choice of appointments to choose, conformation send promptly, phone call half an hour before engineer arrived, Zak attended and was very polite and friendly had my washing machine in working order quickly! Thankyou

Engineers repaired our extractor fan today. It required 2 visits, one to diagnose faults and order parts. Both visits were on the day and time agreed. Engineers were respectful, informative and left our kitchen tidy. Overall impressive service.

Zach came to repair my tumble drier. Its been repaired 4 times in the last 3 months. Zach found my plug had burnt out. Repaired it, gave me some general advice on keeping my drier in good repair. He was really nice, polite and left my kitchen how he found it.

Easy to organise a visit. Engineer arrived and quickly identified the problem. Parts were ordered and the following week the friendly and knowledgeable engineer came. He took his time and explained what he was doing and the cooker was as good as new when he finished. The communications were good and the price was fair.

Overall the engineer was excellent and over the two visits I found him to be an efficient and tidy operator and he was pleasant and helpful.

I would most definitely use this company again.

Zach came out to look at my washing machine as it had stopped working.
Managed to fix the issue as well as give me advice to help control the movement of the machine.
Zach was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable - 5/5 stars!

The engineer identified the problem very quickly (faulty drainage pump), replaced it and had my machine working properly all within 30 minutes with no mess or fuss. Excellent service.

Massive thanks to our engineer Zach today. The cooling fan in our cooker has never worked well. It was replaced under warranty twice by a different company and we continued to have issues.

Today he replaced it and it now works better than it ever has! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the fix.
