RDM had exactly the car I was looking for, a black SLK250 AMG a 2014 model and well priced and lovely condition. They made the purchase very simple and stress free and sorted out all the advisories on the MOT at their cost, serviced the car, fityed decent new tyres and even sorted a last minute mechanical hitch which was dealt with properly and thoroughly. I am really impressed with this little used car dealership and their service has gone a long way to remove a lot of long held misconceptions I have harboured about used car dealers - these are definately not in that class.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good used car

Sold my car via Motorway last Sunday to RDM told I would hear from buyer within 48 hours being a Sunday emailed RDM with a read receipt had no response. I then left it to Wednesday. No contact so contacted Motorway they said they would try to contact them, my question to Motorway was "what happens if the buyer defaults on the deal" "We blacklist them was the reply". Apologies we're made by Motorway and put car back on sale for Thursday. I'll add here that RDM's bid was £5444. On Friday I get great news that my car had been sold for £5222 (£222) less than the previous buyer but accepted offer, only to find, it's RDM again!!!! How if they were black listed could they be able to bid again. Is this their way of doing business and are they in collusion with Motorway. Star clear of both companies.

Got off to a bit of a shaky start after turning up to test drive a car twice and the garage not seeming to know about it but….. I think this was just due to a communication error between the finance company and them. Friendly and knowledgable and my car was a little later than planned to be ready but only because they spotted a fault that they put right for me and kept me informed. I asked for a couple of bits of bodywork to be touched up and they never even hesitated.
2 months after having the car the alternator went but again I cannot fault the service at RDM - I called them and straight away was told to take it to a local garage of my choice, get a quote and they would sort and it was all sorted and back on the road within 3 days. Would definitely use RDM again

After a hard thought of travelling nearly two hours just for a vehicle I might not like! Once I turned up at site I met the sales person Marvin and he was great help. They was so many car on the forecourt I couldn’t take my eyes off and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend and they will see me again in the future.

I’ve brought my first car from rdm direct and the whole experience has been stressful. I asked for this to be delivered due to not having a car, they delivered the wrong one. This took a week to resolve and get the correct car with me constantly chasing for an update. Finally got the correct one and it took them months to send the log book because they hadn’t updated their system. Multiple calls on this also. Finally spoke to the manager (I think) who said they can do it in two seconds and doesn’t understand why his staff hasn’t done it while I’ve been on the phone. I had also paid for the extended warranty and when I’ve come to use it they’ve set it up for the incorrect car. Multiple chases on this to try and get my warranty changed over to the correct car as this was their error with promises to be kept updated and have these emailed over. No emails have been received and no contact from them unless I have called them. Warranty issue still not resolved.

Had a exhaust sensor issue not long after we bought the car and they picked it up and dropped it off for us valletted and re-fuelled. They have been professional and friendy. Good bunch of lads. Would buy again from there.

Just purchased a vehicle from rdm and I cannot fault the service I received. I had issues with my V5c. Adam helped me with this and I managed to get it sorted. They were patient and didn't keep ringing me while I got a new one sorted. Even repainted the boot when he spotted a bit of bubbling I hadn't noticed. Thanks Adam & rdm direct.

Nick and Lucy were incredibly helpful, speedy service from speaking with Lucy on the phone, to Nick completing the process with us. Would now never get our cars from anywhere else and will use them for servicing etc. The best experience we have ever had!

If I would be able to give 0 starts I would. Horrible dealership I won’t recommend buying or finance cars from here I had a horrible experience with them as I purchase a car they told me was in good condition and after three months I found out the car had big issues and the cost of repairs will be the same amount as the value of the car. The issue of the car was not disclosed to me at the point of sale. Not only they will hide information from you but they also they will stop replying to your emails not getting your phone calls and they will never accept the mistake that they made. As soon you give the car back, they will tell you that is nothing to do about it and will be no compensation towards you that spend money on the diagnostics and repairs on the car. They are scammers and liars. DON’T BUY FROM HERE

Please read all so you get a full picture So where do I start. Last week traveled 150 miles to London to view a car that ended up being a disaster. The dealership was a joke I was totally let down and had no trust in used car dealers then I found this dealership. I contacted them about a car I liked and said on Monday at 12 I need to come tomorrow I received a call from them saying we will do our best. Well their best is absolutely fantastic. They bent over backwards to help me. And today Tuesday I drove away in an absolutely fantastic car. This dealership not only prepared the car but completed the advisory’s from the MOT. not failures but advisory’s. I have never known a dealership do the advisory’s. All I can say is outstanding 5 stars isn’t enough. The guys there are helpful courteous and professional. 100 out of 10. This is a dealership I hole heartedly recommend. Thank you guys for all your effort and dedication. Only wish other used car dealers were this good. Take note dealers of the uk you could learn so much from these guys. So again 100% recommendation and thank you again.

RDM Direct Limited have been fantastic, I bought a vehicle from them at the end December last year, there were a few issues with the paintwork, which they were more than happy to sort for me, I had a slight problem after the 30 day purchase guarantee (Feb 2025) which was to do with the thermostat that needed replacing, my garage sorted it and RDM Direct Limited paid the bill within the hour - what more could you ask for!
I would certainly recommend RDM Direct Limited to anyone wishing to purchase a top quality vehicle at very reasonable prices, they’ve been superb and I can not fault them, thank you so much to Adam for all your help, many thanks

purchased a car jan 2024 with never ending repeating battery drain complaint , multiple attempts made to fix the car and still the REMAINS THE SAME ,,now the car is in the car manufacturer's service center and even them cannot find the fault and I have been forced to replace three parts initially including a car battery replaced within one month of car purchase( which RDM have refunded me money after three months of follow up with them during which I was without a car) , even after that the car was failing multiple times and even after multiple car spare parts being replaced on the car and newly spending 1500 pounds on the car , its still in garage in failed condition until this day and iam losing money to rent a car each time I had to leave car at repair garage.
In short I was sold a seriously faulty car and I have been scammed and no one is helping me get this car fixed until now , RDM is not even responding to this situation, me and my family have been under tremendous stress due to these appalling situations , the car started to cause electrical malfunctions even while driving which is really scary and life threatening and I would say RDM would be the direct reason for this trauma and financial losses.. iam SUFFERING WITH LOSES DUE TO FAULTY CAR SINCE JAN 2024 UNTIL NOW..
