First class operation and fantastic customer service!
I came to test drive a car and I can’t fault them.I took my Great Dane along so I could check out the boot size and this was no problem at all for them. Non-pushy salesman, yet helpful and took time to explain everything.
I bought the car - seamless admin and handover. Couple of weeks later there was minor issue, resolved within an hour while I waited.
Will definitely use again!

Brought a car from here a few weeks back. Right from the start brilliant customer service. Left alone to have a good look at the car, then was helped with sorting out all documents and part exchanging my car. The lovely guy that was helping even stayed over late on a Sunday to get paperwork sorted. Any issues with car ie crack on window had all been changed and checked Mot and service had been done too before going to collect my new car. All the team have been very helpful. Definitely have recommended to friends and family.

First of all purchase was made on the 3rd of April. Salesman agreed car will be ready in seven days. I agreed I could come collect 10 days prior to the deposit. So with this all of this sorted, me and a friend planned on heading down together the same weekend. He was buying a car from a garage in stoke, nearby so made sense for us to travel the 600 mile round trip together. So I get a phone call on the Thursday of the week we were coming down saying its not gonna be ready for the weekend as it failed the MOT and were waiting for the fog light part. This MOT was done a week prior and they still didn’t have the part sourced. I was slightly annoyed as I organise a trip down and accommodation and all that. I pleaded with them that if I was able to source the part, I’ll bring it down with me on the Saturday, could I get the car ready to go up the road Saturday. They said yes that if I somehow get the part then that can work out definitely. So I went to my local garage and spoke to the parts boy if he could source a rear fog light for me. He was able to sort and get delivered to site in less than 24 hours when RDM direct said it would take them more than a week. So I phoned back up on Friday said I have the part am I good to come down. They say yes and in disbelief that I got the part. So everything is going as planned we’re driving down accommodation, fuel all the above we go to Stoke first with my friend picking up his car And this is an hour before my appointment which is at 12. So I then get a phone call saying that the car will not be ready today so I was in anger and disbelief. They wouldn’t even let me see the car as he said it wasn’t on site. So I was very angry so initially pulled out the deal and was furious I had to drive back up the road to Scotland without car. It was a 16 hour round journey wasted. Back in Scotland with my head being a bit scrambled because of the amount of effort I’ve put into getting the car, getting the part for the car and all that I decided to still go through the deal so I spoke with them again.
Trying to negotiate on price or any additional as I’ve been screwed about. The best said they could do was all free delivery. This was okay but was still not satisfied as it was a waste of a trip. I was looking for money back for my wasted day and accommodation, fuel and food money. They said no to all of the above. So I was angry again but because all the effort that went into this car, I decided to keep going through with it, so I agreed that if they just deliver up the road, then it’s a deal. Further on from this it took them a further two weeks to get the car up to Scotland when it was meant to be ready two weeks prior. The car was driven up, I thought it would’ve been brought up on a flatbed so I might as well just come down again for it. The car was a mess inside and out. Arrived on an empty tank even though they agreed they’d be fuel in it for me after everything I’ve been through. this is now from the 3rd of April when the deposit got put down. This is now the 30th of April when I finally received the car. I asked the boys who deliver the car where is the V5 form? They said they don’t have it, they will likely be sent up for me. So a month goes past no form so I phone up the garage and the person I spoke to says they’ll get back to me. So I hear nothing again for a week so phone again, pretty much they said they’ll get the salesman who dealt with me to phone me back nothing again, now 4 months without getting the V5 form. Overall a terrible dealership, terrible service, an absolute shambles of experience.
Purchased an Audi A5 and couldn’t be happier with the car and the great service. I was left to look around the car alone, no pushy sales. Massively helpful and can’t do enough for you, put my car through a fresh MOT and dealt with any advisories. Top class service from Adam and everyone involved. I will 100% be recommending to all my family and friends thank you again!

I had an issue with my car and rung RDM as I knew they had a workshop. I dropped my car off in the afternoon and they had scanned solved the problem in the same afternoon!
All staff staff were friendly in the offices and on the forecourt.
Very impressed with the service provided and will certainly be back :)

Bought a Mercedes A Class about 2 months ago. No pushy sales, left to look at car in our own time. After picking up the car after 2 weeks noticed an issue, which with the agreement of the garage I had checked out locally and thought all resolved. RDM paid the initial cost promptly, the issue continued and turned out to be a repair costing over £500. Again resolved locally, invoice sent to Nick at RDM and payment made promptly with no questions asked. Excellent service received from all from the initial viewing to resolving the issues and making payment. I cannot fault the garage in their interactions with me. Thank you all

Just picked up my now Jag XF from RDM and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I met Jim who was so polite and helpful, never put any pressure on me just let me take a relaxed looked at there vehicles and was in hand for questions I had. Buying the car I chose was a smooth stress free experience and all the staff were polite and helpful and they did an excellent job making sure the car was perfect on collection day. Avoid!
Bought a car 6 months ago, and it’s had the same occurring issue since purchase.
Originally RDM had been great dealing with, but this weekend they have given me a full run around wasting my time.
Spoke with a member of staff on Thurs who was great.
Asked me to email details to him and he’d get the car booked in and deal with the Warranty.
Phoned back today for an update and spoke with some one else, who told me that wasn’t their policy the other lad was mistaken and to sort the issue myself.

Brought a Citoren C4 off RdmDirect problems ever since I did ring them emailed them no reply the state of the car was in bad condition.
The Adblue warning signal comes up on the dash board although i have put the fluid into the car.
It's still saying the engine will cut off in 200 miles although i haven't driven the car far.
I've been quoted this will cost me £400 to fix so i do believe this problem was already existing.
Have a good mind to stop payment as this for me is not expected to happen this early not impressed.
