RDM Direct had a very fast response time to the text i sent enquiring about the car i purchased. Within 20 mins of me sending a text we had a phone call and arranged a same day visit. The car i chose wasn’t fully prepped but i was still shown everything both positive and negative about the car. The part ex offered for my car was much higher than any other places and left me able to afford a nicer car than i could have without PX. Adam was excellent and professional and friendly throughout my interactions and even helped with documentation i was unsure of.

Had a look around for a new car met a lad called Liam who showed me around a few cars told him my budget and type of car I was looking for was very accommodating and Liam is a credit to rdmdirect and gave me a good trade in offer and let me test drive the car I eventually chose, fantastic service not pushy couldn’t recommend enough will come back when I want to upgrade my car in the future

Sold my car via the Motorway way to RDM Direct. After reading reviews on this site, I decided to email direct to express my concerns and ask for confirmation they would honour the purchase. No response and no contact to discuss uplift of my car. After the 48hours per Motorway's contract, I contacted Motorway who in turn contacted RDM, still no contact. I have reported to Motorway but don't know if RDM can still purchase via Motorway. I would recommend not accepting any offer from RDM.
Thankfully I had alternatives and didn't need to sell at that time.
Please see response below. After discussion with Motorway, this company was actually given 5 days to contact me but never did. Amazing that they responded to this review so quickly, certainly sends out a message about what is important to them! If they haven’t got the capacity to deal with the numbers of cars they are buying they shouldn’t be buying them!

Reply to Mr Rodgers email. So you admit that We did have a conversation about the ROOF which you denied?. And the conversation about the hole was keep an eye on it and if it gets any bigger I'll get the person who does are upholstery to come and sort it as I told you it was a very little hole. So there was no rush?. And one of the emails I sent you was a template that trading standards told me to use. So if you get in touch with them they will have a ref. Like I said in my previous reviews you don't CARE about your customers as long as you're getting MONEY out of them. I've sorted out the problems myself and the car is lovely. You need to be ashamed of yourself the way you treated me after you got my MONEY. Thanks for reading my review Mr o'shea....

Went to RDM for a look around, looked at a L200 this is when I Met a guy called nick had a bit of a chat with him. Asked if I could take out on a test drive, then I was introduced to Liam. He is very knowledgeable explained anything I needed to know about the truck, when I got back I decided it could be the truck for me.After a chat with staff I got the truck. The service received from Nick, Liam and other members of staff was fantastic 5stars would recommend.

Absolutely Descusting service we have had all the people there think they know everything we are 13 months in now full of stress from the car we brought from these people problems with the car from purchasing the car had the car back multiple times for about 3 to 4 weeks at a time and issues was still there after they had said they was now sorted all that had happend is car was coming back at 300+ miles on the clock than it went there with spent £17000 on the car in total to get a bag of nails with problems and still not sorted absolutely disgusting I wish I never purchased the car from them the man that works there called Liam is an absolute disgrace of a worker telling me that the hole suspension has bin changed then a manger tells me no it hasn’t after being lied to multiple times do not buy a car from these people don’t care what so ever about customer service all about getting your money off you

Really poor company to deal with. Nothing but problems after agreeing to purchase the car.
A date was arranged for me to pick the car up (84 miles away from my home) I was on the train on my way when I received a call stating the car was not ready. The company was well aware that I was coming from so far away and still chose to only tell me on the day.
I was then told I would be provided with a full tank of fuel as a gesture of goodwill. After no contact around the date my car would be ready I decided to call again and chase it up. Multiple calls later and still non the wiser I requested the car be delivered to me. I was told this was a possibility but. Still no follow up from RDM so once again left in the dark. I contacted again and they advised it would be delivered that afternoon or the next day (nobody had contacted me about this to ensure I would be in, which I wasn’t)
I finially managed to get the car delivered, the fuel tank was empty. I contacted again only to be told I needed to contact another number. The employee then advised he remembered he had offered the full tank and this must have been an oversight by someone else and not him. He said if I filled the tank and sent the receipt and then this would be refunded by bank transfer. Took over 2 weeks for this to be sent. Chased it up several times via email and eventually a phone call (after emails stopped being replied to) before my money was returned. Would never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Recently part exchanged our car for a car at RDM. We were mostly happy with the process, however when we came to pick the car up 2 weeks later it was a shame to see that it was still being prepared for us. This might not sound like a bad thing, but it made us feel like it was being rushed. Unfortunately all the passenger seatbelts were caked in mould and some of the back seats (I had pointed this out 2 weeks previously at the test drive) - so it clearly was rushed. We also discovered one of the headlights was out and some other little bits, like chips on glass, bodywork panel’s misaligned/popping out of place and an issue with the parking sensors.
Disappointing to say the least. (No we have not reached out to RDM as we live such a distance away, so it’s not like we would be driving back anyway).

I was greeted with excellent customer service and took the car for a test drive. They provided me with a new MOT for the next 12 months and the car was spotless inside and out. I sorted finance and a collection date on the phone in the few days leading up to picking up my new car. I also part ex my car with them for a decent price. Very satisfied with everything! Thank you!
