Avoid

Avoid, bought a 13k jeep renegade. Had issues from the get go. Central
Locking isn’t working, didn’t receive my v5c and still haven’t. Also currently sat with the AA as it keeps going flat and there appears to be an electrical fault on the car.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever , brought from them a BMW 5 Series with plenty of issues which they had 7 days of to sort out and check the car properly . Is just a joke !! I called them straight away after i left the garage and arrived home and explained them the issues ! Please do not buy from them !! Is no point off put extra money from your pocket !

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have looked into this complaint and have found the following.

A phone call from yourself stating the vehicle shakes over 70mph, to which we advised you to bring it down to get the wheels balanced. You advised us that you thought that wouldn’t resolve the issue and it would need diagnosing quickly. To speed things up we agreed for yourself to take it to a local garage to take a look.

It is only today you have sent through a copy of the invoice at 16:15 This has been reimbursed to yourself at 17:00.

Under no circumstances should you but from rdm direct !

I bought a car from them and took their word as true on the condition of the car and the answers I was was given to my questions as I was buying blind.
The car was delivered and it was a heap and I feel only worth 2 thirds of what I paid for it.
It has taken me Six months of waiting for parts and doing work on the car myself to make it reasonable.
The honest summary is they are not honest and appear to enjoy been carefree about the cars they send out and how to deal with customers.
This car has been a nightmare due to this seller !
Please do not spend your money with these people.
It will cost you in more ways than just cash as it has with me ! Never did get the non functioning seat addressed !

The paintwork on the vehicle for age/mileage was good. We cannot reimburse or help with any paintwork you have had carried out due to no invoice as it was paid ‘cash’.

AVOID…Bought a car for over £15k there…

AVOID…Bought a car for over £15k there was a few bits to sort on it, I said I would sort them if they provided the parts due to it being a long distance away, still waiting for the parts 2 months later after them saying they would be with me within a week…AVOID GO ELSEWHERE

Great pre service , Bad after service.

Went to look at a Jaguar, on the 1st August, we saw online, great service , made to feel welcome,salesman very professional .
Picked up following week, found a few problems with car, told would be fixed and a temporary car would be supplied, and a date would be set by telephone later. No phone call was received so contacted them and was told because my wife needed an automatic it was causing a few issues, so needed more time. The date the car went in was 15 September and all problems were done except one , a part had to sourced from elsewhere, so was told that they would ring when it was available , However still waiting for said phone call (24/10/20). So pre sales service great ,after sales service bad, communication is non existent, every contact had to be made by us.

Excellent garage, quality service

Fantastic service from a fabulous garage. My daughter picked up her first car today. The guys were great, had a few jobs done and even fitted the insurance black box for her. Couldn’t of asked for a better service from them. Looking forward to happy motoring now. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to use them again.
