Re-Fashion Reviews 

I ordered 4 or 5 items that were all brand new with tags. They arrived quickly (within about 3/4 days) and all were in perfect condition. I particularly liked that they didn't have lots of unnecessary packaging and no plastic used!
I added up how much they would have cost me to buy at their original RRP and I saved about 75 quid!
The website is really easy to navigate, I'll definitely be using again. What a great idea!

Brilliant idea, ordered from them and I am very happy with my purchase. Sent off for and received a bag I can fill with clothes and send off. Hope this goes from strength to strength

Thank you to the company for being so lovely! When my order didn’t arrive I was very upset and was given a tracking number to contact Royal Mail which wasn’t easy. After reporting back to the company I received a full refund. The only fault was with the Royal Mail post man, not with the company. Excellent customer service.

First purchase from Re-Fashion and I was really pleased with the experience. The boots were exactly as described and brand new with tags and box. I really like the idea of giving clothes a new lease of life and stopping them going to landfill. I thought the price was very reasonable too. I will be shopping here again : )

Very positive first purchase. Bought 2 items one fitted great the other although just what I wanted was too small. Printed out a returns label from link took to post office for FREE return. Money took less than 5 days to go back into bank. Have recommended to friends and family

Absolutely excellent! I ordered two items and they arrived promptly via Royal Mail. Both pieces were neatly folded and smelt very clean (sometimes second-hand clothes can have a musty scent but this was not the case with these.) There was also a little 'sweety' treat included, which was a nice touch! I will MOST DEFINITELY be ordering again and have already started looking. Thank you 🙂

Love the sustainability of the company. They delivered quickly in eco friendly packaging, which was fantastic and great to see.
The clothes are of good quality and condition despite being second hand. I will definiely be ordering again and whole heartedly recommend them to others.

This is my first time to order online from any thrift shop; but Re-fashion had so many fantastic deals I couldn’t resist them. The fact that they check and authenticate the brand and the condition of the Clothes/shoes’ before selling them gave me confidence to buy knowing I will receive the stuff in a good state. So I went ahead and bought 2 pairs of shoes which I received within 3 days…and I was so so happy with both pairs. Brand new Dr marten and fitflop at much lower prices from the retail shops, a huge bargain really. I’ll definitely return and buy more stuff from them.

I am so impressed with the items I purchased. They came in so clean, new and how I wanted. I was first anxious if I would be satisfied but I tell you that I wore one of my outfits out immediately I received it ☺️😂.

What I ordered was exactly as seen and arrived quickly. I've made many purchases from refashion and they've always been good quality and quick arrival.

As a test, I bought a sustainable jacket apparently new, with tags, as a little trial run from Re-fashion for a very modest amount of money. It took a few days to arrive but I was knocked out when I saw it. The quality and the style are first class and the tags were indeed still on it. I could not have bought something as stylish in a top shop in London, or if I had it would have cost me three times as much. I cannot wait to wear it. I have been back on the website since.

I bought a coat that was in very good quality and the price was way lower than if I had bought a new one. The most sustainable clothes are the ones that already exist!
