Excellent service and advice received when looking at purchasing a new mattress.
Having used Reading Bedding previously we knew we would be given honest advice and good recommendation for the firm mattress that we were after.
Smooth process and paid in full on the day and advised the mattress would be delivered to our home address in 4 weeks.
Received phone cal four days before the 4 weeks were up and delivered today.
Delivery drivers were both very professional and helpful and advised how to unpack the mattress, and very conscientious to wipe their feet before entering our home which was very respectful.
Would highly recommend everybody to use Reading Bedding.

The team were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable about their products and above all not pushy. We looked at what was on offer, listened to their recommendations, had coffee to think about it and went back to the shop and purchased our choice. The delivery date and time was met and the delivery guys set the new bed up and took away the old one. All very seamless and would recommend this company highly.

I have recently purchased from Reading Bedding a king size divan bed with drawers underneath and a 3 ft single bed with pullout bed underneath, both beds with headboards , mattresses and mattress protectors . Both beds were of excellent quality, competitively priced , the mattresses very comfortable and the mattress protectors also of excellent quality . What was great was the help I received when I went into the store on two separate occasions from Ramona and Keith in choosing the right beds for our needs. They did not have the trundle bed in stock but researched and found the best option . The headboards were very reasonably priced compared to others elsewhere . What was also great was that the delivery men ( Steve and his friend) did a free check at our house before the order went through to make sure there would be no difficulty in getting the beds up the stairs. Steve and his mate were very efficient in delivering the beds on time and assembling them. All in all I am a very pleased customer and have no hesitation in recommending Reading Bedding to anyone looking to buy a new bed

We got an excellent value bed delivered this month (August 2023) and every part of the experience was perfect. The team member organising the delivery was incredibly kind and helped fit us in quickly (I am nearly 8 months pregnant so it was especially appreciated!) and the delivery itself was on time and couldn't have been smoother, the bed was assembled in minutes.

A huge thank you to the dynamic duo Steven and Simon who delivered to us, and were incredibly kind and helpful, careful and quick. The bed was in safe hands, but they also took good care of our home. With Steven, Simon, and the entire team leading the charge, it is abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not just a goal; it's the cornerstone of their philosophy. What amazing customer service! I won't go anywhere else again for a bed!

Con men with poor service. Phoned the day before to arrange 1st delivery of the morning as I'm literally around the corner from them. Was advised to be at property by 8am. 2hrs later still waiting !!!!.
Plus they charged me £25 to take the mattress from the curb to the bedroom. That used to be called customer service !!! BUT they advertise this as a free service .

I have been recently diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Needing a new bed l went to Reading Bedding as have used them . With satisfaction . Over many years . They helped me make my selection with confidence. Their customer service was helpful and informative , and at no time did l feel pressured to purchase .

My advice is do not use this company!!

I purchased a Tempur mattress for £2,099 and found them on the internet as it was a product the same as sold by other retailers, I chose Redding Bedding as it was the best price. I looked at it from the point of view a Tempur Mattress is a Tempur Mattress so why pay more.

BIG MISTAKE.

4 failed deliveries in total took nearly 6 weeks to get the Mattress and it has finally turned up today!
I spoke to the Owner of the business on 2 occasions the last time was on Monday the 10th October when I advised that the latest delivery had been cancelled due to what the courier stated was a logistical issue. When I queried what this was with the courier they continued to state it was a logistical issue then they finally admitted that the mattress had been incorrectly sent to the Northampton Depot not the Bury depot! How is this a logistical issue and not a clear error.

Anyhow when I relayed this to the owner of Redding bedding, he requested I send him an e mail so that he could have a discussion with the Director of the delivery company to ensure that this did not happen again. There was no discussion about me or the appalling service I had recieved. I asked him out right and he said I am sorry.

I run my own successful business and in the rare occasion we make a mistake or provide service not up to the expected standard we go out of our way to make the customer happy.

I advised the owner of this and he had no interest at all in fact he could not care less.

I wish I had paid more for the mattress and used a reputable company I won’t be making that mistake again.

PLEASE DON’T Make the same mistake as me.
