Ordered a new mattress ( having bought one online 4 years ago on Amazon that collapsed before it was 18 months old) so went and actually tried out in a LOCAL shop. Dealt with a lovely chap who could not have been more helpful. Delivered 2 days ago (as had been agreed) and again the two chaps could not have been more helpful and took old one away.100% Recommended.

We ordered an adjustable single bed for my elderly mother after she fell and broke some ribs.
The help and advice we received was greatly appreciated and we were delighted with the exceptionally prompt delivery.
Mum has been sleeping in it for a week and loves it. (We even got the mattress right with your help). She is much more comfortable sleeping as she can find the position that suits her best. The bed is certainly aiding her recovery although it will be a long process.
This is the second adjustable bed we have purchased from Bestpricebeds. (The first was for my Dad). On both occasions the staff made a difficult situation as less stressful as possible.
The service provided is exceptional and rarely found these days.
I would not hesitate in recommending Bestpricebeds to anyone for service, reliable advice and excellent value for money.

Both of us being disabled I was worried about the old bed and delivery. The bed came in a reasonable time was very good and the two gentlemen who bought it could not have been nicer. All done and dusted in 45 mins and all the old bed gone.

Great communication, good prices, and a problem came up with the mattress and they called me up and promptly solved the issue. Delivery was very good as well. Would use bestpricebeds again.

What an excellent company, I was very worried about ordering online, especially spending a high amount of money, I need not have worried, this company delivered an excellent service from start to finish. We are very pleased with our Hypnos mattress, we highly recommend this company.

Brilliant experience with Best Price Beds start to finish. I wanted the Kayflex Medicare 4000 mattress which I was seen cheaper on another website. The reviews of the other place weren’t as good so I called Best Price Beds to enquire about their price match promise. I gave them the website and within 10 minutes they told me they would be happy to match the price. I received a huge discount for my mattress and received it within 2 weeks. Delivery service were reliable and the mattress was delivered two man to my room of choice.
The mattress arrived sealed and in perfect condition. Exactly what I wanted.

The customer service was excellent. Very responsive and helpful communication. It was good to be able to contact a real person rather than an autobot which many companies now use.

Ordered a Gatsby ottoman bed, got a standard double bed with no storage. Waiting for somebody to resolve and will update review when more heard.

Edit: Bestpricebeds advertised a bed for sale that they could not provide as it was out of stock. Julian Bowen, the manufacturer, updates its distribution partners with stock updates but Bestpricebeds didn’t update their website. When I placed my order with them, they then sent the wrong product code to Julian Bowen, resulting in me getting the wrong bed. I’ve had to accept a different bed, which I don’t really like as much, but at least I’ve got the right type of frame finally

So this review is going to start off as a bit of a moan however the guys at best price beds did absolutely everything in their power to turn it around & I would 100% use them again based on their final service. I placed an order online and put an incorrect mobile number by a digit and so the couriers couldn’t reach me and the emails bounced into my junk so the couriers had actually had my mattress for almost a week by the time they tried to book me in.
I travel a lot for work so I had very specific times and dates of when i could be in to take the mattress however based on when I ordered my mattress I made sure I was going to be as local as possible for my delivery around that week however after not hearing from the courier company I chased best price beds & they told me they hadn’t been able to reach me. We later discovered the incorrect digit.
Best Price Beds said if this courier couldn’t do the delivery dates I provided they would then get the mattress back and book with another courier however would speak to them and see what they could do. 2 days later I received an email from the courier saying out for delivery so I assumed great the team must have convinced the couriers to deliver the Friday so I got up in the morning & took my mattress to the dump & awaited my delivery which was due by 2:30pm at 2:30pm I checked online & got a fright when I saw my mattress was registered to have been delivered already!
I called best price beds & explained I had been to the dump and was now due to be spending the weekend on wooden slats or my sofa as I had dumped my mattress in the morning when it said out for delivery as I had assumed they sorted it.
Thankfully best price beds called me back & said that they would use their vans to make the 112 mile journey to deliver my mattress so I didn’t have to sleep on my sofa until my mattress was delivered.
They even chucked in some extra pillows for my inconvenience.
Excellent service, Highly recommended!
As for the Hypnos mattress it’s worth every penny! I was on sealy for years, never going back!

We visited the Harleston store and found staff to be helpful and welcoming from the off. We wanted an adjustable bed for elderly relatives and were extremely pleased with their knowledge. and advice They also went out of their way to assist our quite immobile relative to try the matresses. Bed was delivered and set up in a very short period of time. Reasonable price too. Will definitely use again.

We ordered a mammoth mattress through best priced beds because -as their name suggests- they were the best price around. I was contacted by Richard to advise mammoth would need to make a manufacturing change affecting my order (end of line/stock issue) and wanted to confirm I was happy before they proceeded, which I really appreciated.
We got the mattress and after 2 nights I was completely broken, me and that mattress were totally and utterly incompatible (no fault of anyones) I contacted Richard to discuss a refund or exchange, responses were friendly and quick.. he was brilliant!
I travelled to the showroom to meet, discuss and find a better alternative (my choice). Again Richard was absolutely fantastic! He was moving mattresses around for me to better test them based on my slatted frame, verses divan. There was no hard sell or up sell, just great, help, support and advice from a really genuine and knowledgeable person.
I would 100% recommend best priced beds, not because of competitive prices (which warrants 5* alone), but because of how well I was supported when there was a problem.
We now have a new Hypnos Origins 6 mattress and it’s a joy to climb into bed once again! Thank you so much!

I selected bestpricebeds when I was trying to track down a double Hypnos mattress protector on line looking at different sites. The price was competitive, item available and included delivery so I set about ordering one Wednesday. Simple stages to go through and included choosing my delivery date which was Friday. A text confirmed delivery date and a further one on Friday to give a window of one hour for actual delivery and name of driver. I was so impressed with the whole experience start to finish. It can be difficult shopping for a particular item on line, there can be a wait till it is available, delivery might be certain days only and an extra added cost. Bearing mind we live in Cheltenham and bestpricebeds are based in Norfolk, to have the whole transaction completed within 2 days is pretty impressive. Excellent service from start to finish. We purchased a Sealy bed 2017 for the best price customer service the best ever. The bed is still perfect we are doing up guest bedroom with this. Thank you Richard. We now bought 2 divan sets with headboards. Sealy top of range you can't believe the savings as we shopped around. Again Richard was so helpful. We will always buy our beds the boys will get them for wedding presets.
