We purchased a Sealy bed 2017 for the best price customer service the best ever. The bed is still perfect we are doing up guest bedroom with this. Thank you Richard. We now bought 2 divan sets with headboards. Sealy top of range you can't believe the savings as we shopped around. Again Richard was so helpful. We will always buy our beds the boys will get them for wedding presets.

I purchased some Julian-Bowen furniture from BestPriceBeds and not only was the furniture of excellent quality but my conversations with both companies showed their enthusiasm and courtesy in order to ensure that everything went smoothly. The gentleman from BestPriceBeds, Richard I believe, was very helpful and responded very quickly and efficiently at all times. Good prices too! Highly recommended.

I recently bought a bed and the service from Richard was excellent. He made effort to give good advice and extra effort to help wherever he could. And yes bed was a bit cheaper here than elsewhere. Only problem I remember is the website does not keep the item in the basket for a long time so you have to decide and buy in a short space of time. Other sites let the item stay in the basket for days!

This company are so customer focused. From the day I ordered they have kept to the schedule given and updated me at every stage, even received a call on route to give accurate time of arrival. Guys very polite and helpful. Would recommend and use again.

Ordered a mattress with "delivery within 10 days". Was told I'd be contacted two days before delivery to arrange.

I need it on the evening of the 10th day, so obviously anxious, I contacted them two days ago (7th day) for some reassurance all was well and I'd have it in time.

Not only have I not had a response, I've not been contacted for delivery which should be tomorrow. So I have absolutely no idea what is going on and no confidence I'll have the mattress I need.

Absolutely would not recommend.

Ordered new hypnos headboard with a 6 week delivery window it was delivered in 4 weeks, the company was excellent to deal with and ordering was simple,the delivery drivers were very helpful and polite, I will definitely use this company again.

I called to ask several questions about the type of mattress I needed to buy for a Euroking bed. Bestpricebeds were very helpful and knowledgeable and it was easy to place an order over the phone. The delivery went well and the Relaxsan Waterlattex Vision Deluxe Mattress I ordered has been really nice. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Bestpricebeds again.

Ordered a new bed and mattress on New Years Eve with estimated 7 weeks delivery. Order confirmation reduced this to 6 weeks and delivery was a little less than that!
Delivery was precisely when they said they would be and took less time than indicated to install the new bed and remove the old one. Excellent service from beginning to end at a great price. Happy to recommend Bestpricebeds.

I purchased a pillow from here, advised it wasn’t fit for purpose. This was subsequently refunded, efficient response from customer service team.

Bestpricebeds were the best price I could find for our new Hypnos mattress. Ordering was simple and the mattress arrived earlier than stated. Delivery was smooth and delivery men polite. We received two free gifts of a mattress topper and hypnos pillow which were sent later. They called and explained when the items would arrive and each was sent next day delivery. Superb service and very friendly. Highly recommended!

They gave great advice and helped me customise a mattress 10 years ago - still the best mattress I've slept in. Excellent customer service - direct and no fuss people. I've just bought an additional bed and mattress, and there were some complications (on my side) but Richard continues to provide the same great service, and sort it out in no time. And to boot, their prices are usually lower than the competition. Trustworthy company hard to find nowadays.

First Class service, whether you prefer the internet to order or over the phone there is no waiting or hearing an automated message or long waiting times, you speak to person who is very knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble. I ordered a Sleepeezee Cooler 1800 mattress after seeing one I liked at Furniture village. I ended up saving approx £250 (£585 instead of £829) and the mattress was delivered within 36 hours of placing my order. The mattress was packaged well and was well protected. We had superb service from bestpricebeds. We had to change a delivery date and they could not have been more helpful, and even delivered it that night, with two excellent staff who took our mattress up 2 flights of stairs direct into the bedroom. We were kept informed throughout the process by phone, text and email. They even chased up an order we had with another company through bestpricedbeds and rang me back to tell me what was happening and when it would arrive…which it did as organised. They could not have been more helpful, more polite or more organized, we were really impressed by this local firm, and to top

Recently ordered a king sized Siesta Pashmina 2000 Natural Pocket Divan Bed. Absolutely delighted with the bed, the price and the service received from this company. Will be highly recommending as the same bed was actually more expensive at a local bed company, so we were able to try it out and save money.

Great company. Purchased new mattress, by old english bed company. 6 to 8 weeks delivery quoted up front and delivered today by bestpricebeds within timescale. Removed old mattress charged at £40. Good service and efficient and was the best price for this specific mattress.

Purchased a Hypnos Hadlow 8 mattress and sprung divan after 14 days it was unbearable to sleep on as I was in agony.
It offered no support for shoulders and hips.
It slopped from the sides one hip was 5cm lower than the other and it dipped in the middle so my hips were sunk.
I weigh 10 stone.
After 17 days I asked to return the bed as I couldn't sleep on it, it was either faulty or not as described as it was awful compared to previous medium sprung mattresses I've had.
Had to quote the 30 day consumer goods act which I got told was rubbish! Same as it's either faulty or not fit for purpose that got called rubbish too.
Richard then got really rude and said " I purchased totally the wrong product for myself and I'm just finding fault with it".
I've always purchased medium sprung mattresses ranging from silentnight to top end one's but none have been this awful.
They finally agreed to take the bed back minus a collection fee which they aren't allowed to charge under the consumer goods act.
Was glad to be shot of it, was refunded and ordered a Milbrook 4000 wool medium mattress on a 60 night trial from a big online mattress company for alot less and I'm finally sleeping comfortably and with support again.

Absolutely fantastic company and I’m so pleased with my new mattress and free mattress protector. Great price super fast delivery and they took my old mattress away with no trouble. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you

Bestpricebeds had Hypnos matrasses in stock and I really wanted to get one asap. It was easy to place an order and delivery was organised the next week, excellent!
However, after a few weeks, we realized it is not comfortable as it should be at the price tag they set, £1300.
We contacted Bestpricebeds within 28 days but they refused the return. I love to support local businesses but larger corporations offer instant returns within 30 days and even more. With expensive purchases like that, I would recommend dealing with bigger companies. You will have move flexibility if this goes wrong.
