A few months after purchases my faux leather headboard the stitching started popping. I couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from at first then noticed quite a lot of stitching had burst. I contacted the company by email and even though restrictions were still in place I was told a new headboard had been ordered and the faulty one would be uplifted upon delivery of the new one.
I was very happy with the way in which the issue was dealt, customer service and communication were excellent.
I would recommend this company to family and friends.

On the recommendation of friends we visited the Harleston shop and spent ages trying different mattresses. Ours was delivered early. We live in an old cottage with a narrow curved staircase . The guys who delivered it had to fight our new mammoth mattress to get it up the stairs but they managed. We are very pleased with it, so comfy and supportive. Great service, lovely guys.

Relyon Repose New Gel Fusion 2800 Mattress, Variation: King Size and when it arrived it was impossible to sleep on as basically you would of said it was 8 months pregnant on the sleeping side and 6 months on the under side.So quality control obviously Does Not Exist in this Company as it was obvious to the human eye

We bought a expensive Dormeo mattress in January 2016. The mattress had 25 years warranty tapering after each 5 year period. For the first 5 years it had a full replacement warranty.

The mattress started to loose shape and support. I got in touch with Dormeo in mid 2020 during the pandemic. They advised me to contact the dealer i.e. Bestpricebeds.

Bestpricebeds were closed for business during the pandemic. However, after e-mailing them our issue, they contacted me back and persevered with Dormeo to get our mattress replaced at no extra cost. It took about 4 months but we got there in the end.

Found the bed I wanted online on Thursday night after another bed company let me down on delivery before Christmas. As this was a Christmas present I called first thing on Friday morning to check stock availability. I was advised by the sales rep that it was in stock but was unsure if pre-xmas delivery was possible. He took my number, called me back after checking with the delivery company and confirmed it would be with me the following Monday. It arrived today, much to my relief. Thank you so much 'Best price beds'. I highly recommend your company.

FANTASTIC SERVICE From ordering to delivery. The mattres was slightly damaged when we took it out its packaging. We emailed a picture and even though it was Saturday they come back within minutes with an offer to replace it. The new mattress arrived in perfect shape. The communications were excellent. All in all a fantastic service. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Amazing service from order to delivery, all within 2 days! We ordered the Hypnos Bedstead 5 mattress and it is miles better than the Nectar mattress we previously had. Quality is fantastic.

I have only every bought mattresses and toppers in store before, but will always return to bestpricebeds.co.uk in future. I ordered the dual mattress topper to try to enhance the comfort of a recently bought mattress (from another shop). I would confidently say that the product is better than described! After buying a number of mattress toppers in the past, this far exceeds others in terms of quality; it's particularly great that it can be used throughout the seasons too.

The quality of our purchase was equally matched by the excellent service - from enquiry stage to delivery. I cannot fault the product knowledge and helpfulness of the staff which has not been my experience in other stores.

I bought a Hypnos mattress from them during lockdown. Everything went wrong with the mattress... BUT was because of the problems that I could see how good they are. They have proven to be reliable, punctual, honest and went out of their way to help me with my situation when I was not getting any help from Hypnos. Richard was honest, polite and helpful. I think that a good company can be measured better in times of troubles than when everything goes smoothly. This makes the difference!!! Thank you.

I have always found that if something goes wrong with an order you find out how good a company is when they respond to a problem and put it right. The item we ordered turned out to be out of stock but we didn't know that until they rang us to apologise, explain a possible delay and told us when the item was due from the manufacturer on a specific date. When, due to the manufacturer, that date was delayed they again contacted us and kept us informed throughout until eventually providing us with an upgraded item as the manufacturer said they didn't know when they would be able to provide the item. Delighted with the service and attitude so have no hesitation in recommending them very highly.

Steven was amazing, having been let down by an alternative provider, who told us they could get it within 2 weeks, after nearly 3 weeks, we came to Steven, who took the order from us on the Tuesday and delivered the mattress on the Thursday! FANTASTIC TURNAROUND TIME! Delivery was excellent and they removed my old mattress too.

Ordered a hypnos mattress. Arrived in a timely way. Would have liked more update and communication from the delivery company but that is not related to Bestpricebeds which got our order to us promptly. Havent quite opened it and used it yet so cant quite comment on the quality! But I am sure it is good as expected. If not, I shall leave another review in due course.

Our mattress went missing in the delivery depot but they resolved it very promptly and communicated very well. Excellent customer service overall. Very happy with quality and value for money mattress. Would buy again.
