I wanted a Relyon Magnificence mattress and Bestpricebeds offered the best price. From ordering to delivery took 5 weeks, other companies offer 3 to 4 weeks, but I was in no hurry as this was for the spare room. Company contacted me to agree a delivery date and it was delivered on the date specified. The two man delivery team carried it up to the bedroom and placed it on the bed, you can't get better than that. The mattress is fabulous as you would expect from Relyon and it came with a top quality 'Fine Bedding Company' cotton mattress protector. The best price available and excellent service, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Best price beds. Easy website, good prices and the delivery service was excellent the new bed was unpacked and put together they even added on our headboard and took away our old bed and all of the rubbish. An excellent all round service.

We ordered a superking Salus divan with headboard.
The delivery drivers were great. Efficient and super supportive, particularly as the bed didn't actually fit up the stairs! They really tried to solve the problem and gave us great advice as to how to fix the problem if we wanted to keep the bed or they would have taken it away again if we didn't.
We decided to follow their advice and keep it and they were correct with a few adjustments the bed is now in place and it is good quality.
Overall an excellent bed with excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a Hypnos Ottoman Bed from them, it was a display bed so got it at a good price. Excellent service and fast delivery and assembly service. However, the Bed was missing a key Screw that prevents the Mattress from hitting the headboard as you lift up the ottoman cover. I called them and they advised that they will request one from the supplier, but I never heard back from them again. I also bought a divan from John Lewis three weeks ago, which was delivered was a broken castor. A replacement was sent the next day with an apology

We wanted to replace our Relyon Kingsize bed with something similar, as there is a considerable range with significant price variance I called them for advice. They seemed very knowledgeable and suggested a different bed to the one we were considering. Choosing a bed is difficult at the best of times even when you can lay down on it in the store, so we agreed to purchase based upon their recommendation and it has proved to be an excellent choice.
The delivery occurred within the stipulated timeframe, the logistics company also assembled and removed the bed, a very cost-effective service.
The only issue was the promised free of charge mattress topper was not delivered at the same time, one phone call and it was sent by post and delivered the following day.
All I can say based upon this experience we have a great bed at an attractive price delivered without hassle.
What more can one ask?

Update
After a relatively short time we found this mattress was not supporting us properly, with us both rolling towards the centre: We had never experienced this with any of the 4 previous Relyon beds so we reported the issue.
Richard duly arranged for independent inspection service FIRA to “test” the bed; the “technician” found there was no manufacturing fault and all was satisfactory!
That was unbelievable, we were puzzled; why would anyone report an issue if the bed was fine?

You can deduce that this was not a resolution to our problem!

It was suggested we were at fault purchasing the wrong type of bed, we should place the mattress on the floor and sleep for a few nights to determine if the base was at fault. Bizarre as it seemed, we complied and the result was similar, not sure what this proved?

Bottom line having explained to Richard at Best Price Beds that we had I think a Westbury bed he specified the Seaton as being very similar: It is patently not; we had a good 10 years from the old beds, it was still more supportive after all that time than the new bed appeared to be after such a short time.

Believing it was a cost saving purchasing online I have now learned a very important lesson; having now had to spend double the amount on a new bed which is definitely not a Relyon:
They showed a complete lack of customer care; the experience has left us bitter all I can say is I will never buy or recommend their products.

As the pertinent saying goes you only know a good supplier when something goes wrong and you see how they resolve it!

All I will say is you can’t rely on Relyon!

I ordered a BestPriceBeds Superior Side Open Ottoman Base - small double, so it had to be specially made in the fabric of my choice.
The base was delivered but it had a bit of a 'crater' in the top so I rang and spoke to Richard and emailed some photos to him.
The next morning I received an email to say that it must have been damaged in transit and they would replace that half of the bed.
Later in the day, I had another email to say that they would replace the whole bed, put it in place and take the other one away, which they did very quickly and very efficiently.
So in my opinion, they're customer service is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Really good company, wanted a specific bed -
Gainsborough Deluxe Weekender Pocket bed within a certain timeframe. They checked the company could make it in time and guaranteed delivery by a certain day. They actually delivered a week earlier than originally expected with a three hour delivery slot. They carried the bed upstairs into the correct room. Great service and a great bed. Thank you very much.

I purchased from BestPriceBeds based on their Trust Pilot score and costs and I'm very pleased I did. The delivery options are a little frustrating when you work full time (the delivery date and time was confirmed the day before), however, I can't fault how accommodating they are. I ordered a mattress which turned out to be faulty. The way bestpricedbeds dealt with this was exemplary. There was excellent communication throughout the process, swift responses, action and no dragging feet. I would commend them for their excellent customer service (thank you Richard in particular) sth that is so rare these days and so important if things don't go to plan. In the end. the mattress was picked up and I got a full refund = happy customer.

I ordered a Mya Hevea Single wooden bedframe on 3rd January with delivery promised 3 days' later on the 6th... and it was! An initial query, the subsequent order and contact thereafter were dealt with in a very prompt and efficient manner throughout. In my opinion the product is stylish and has a quality appearance which belies its price. So simple to assemble with the one Allan key supplied but the finished bedframe is amazingly rigid, strong and excellent value for money. An exhaustive internet search for a better price failed to top the £152.10 at BestPriceBeds. An added bonus was the free delivery. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Company.
