Purchased a highgrove ottoman divan bed. Excellent service all round. Initial issue when paying online, but they rectified it straight away for me no issues at all. Fast delivery and arrived in week advised. Highly recommend and they lived up to being the best price beds.

A reply from company only to make them look like they following uk legislation and their own policies and procedures. Forget this company. Anyone looking for item and good quality service pls see Romford Essex . They do the same item for 199 and next day delivery. Romford near subway the shop is. I am now getting it delivered by 2morr and been given time slot.

I had to call company back up was told same old story not too sure if delivery today. By this stage I had to tell them the problem they caused. Company tired to make me look silly all cause I questioned them and put my foot down. Nastry poles cause I left them not a good review they told me that they no longer delivering item. The man tired to tell me do I really do the job I do. As cause I was upset about them given me the run around. Wat nastry pples u really cant educate becon.

Dont use this company nothing but waste of time and all about fraud. Sometimes u got pay out more money in the certain well known shops then theses back street shops.

Theses pples are full of lies and wat comes out their mouth in a repeat sing along story. I'm off to now go buy a decent item from the shop I was goner go too in first place. I dont mind paying bit more as the service will be 10 times better.

These poles dont look at themselves or the causes they bring onto their customers. Everything is about how u are to them when they have upset u and ur family. Dont buy from theses pples Alarm Bells / red lights.

Recieved an email telling me the mattress is somewhere and they need to arrange for delivery from place. The story has changed now again not to sure if item goner arrive today. This is time off work which this company dont give a .....about , telling me they can delivery it to my. ...... work. Theses pples are cowboys and broken Dam recorded. My ..... been sleeping on dam sofa cause theses fools keep telling same old story.
Dont waste ur money using this company they want take all u dam money first and not provide item on dam day. This company full of ......and never in my life have I experienced such an unorganised business. U better off buying from a shop who invest in better quality service in their delivery system. Thry dont care about ones working making a living if they did they would make sure u had a correct delivery date. Never again will I EVER USE SUcH COWBOYS company. I get my help in a dam charity shop then theses pples.

If this company aware its mess why take pples full money ...why not take a deposit instead..... they no wat they are doing but just playing dum.

Update from 6.1.20. Dont use this company branch of clowns taking pples monry given customers bs excuses to why their manufacturers cant arrive on time. Called up this morning to check if my order was coming as again no confirmation. Richard who informed me two days ago that bed delivery been changed was not in. However another man was in told me that he needed to check with manufactors where it is, knowing they told me delivery today. Man contact me bk telling me they dont no where my order is and that not gone through which meant no delivery. These poles are all about ..... money and this is why these type of pples only deal with online customers as they fraud. Theses pples couldn't even tell me when next delivery.

Quick to take money but do slow to provide a good service to customers. These poles dont care how many days u taken of ..... work to wait for this order and it is .... new year jan.

U no something up when u pay online and there system says didnt go through when it did. The delivery date is lies just to get u to think it is coming that date . Pples they might speak nice on phone and sorry but it is a record song coming out there mouth cause they been doing it for years.

Dont buy from them nastry unorganised pples who dont give a .... about ur goodies but love taking money. Theses pples needs to be report to trading standards.

I feel this company needs to update their website with the correct delivery information, making sure item arrives on the date confirmed when purchased. And to make sure their website after customer had used paid for item for their website to give a clear confirmation payment gone through from there side.

I recieved an email not a call from this company this morning telling me item will not be here until maybe 2morr. I was told the delivery service is unreliable, however why you still using this service. The problem is they are not fully honest about the time and dates they will delivery. As could tell by owner voice he has had these problems before with customers. No sorry or nothing but all wants is money.

Unreliable and not yet upto that customer service standards. Next time I will let my husband sort out this matter as the owner thinks he can give me a long story ....like it is normal.

Just be aware

As I made payment and didnt get confirmation receipt so I called up and was informed by them and on website selected date today delivery. Clearly this company does not allow u to speak directly to the manufoctors to check correct date and time. This company will still do the same thing in 5months. And how is this having ur customers trust. Next time they should take a deposit and when delivered pay the rest since its messy on there side. Too fast to advertise and take money

Excellent experience. I had to contact them about the delivery company and they were very polite and helpful. And the mattress came like three weeks earlier than estimated! All in all a very smooth and easy experience. Thank you!

Although a couple of things went wrong with the delivery (these things happen) the speed and lack of fuss with which BestPriceBeds sorted these matters was extremely reassuring.

I thought the customer service was a outstanding. I was dealt with in a patient and straightforward manner but more than that they went the extra mile in advice. I found the bed I wanted and they advised me on low stocks. I was stressed about the bed arriving in time for my move and they were patient. The bed arrived as scheduled and I am more than happy. Customer service these days can be overlooked and this was brilliant.

i ordered a mattress from this company and took advantage of their takeaway your old mattress service. the delivery men upon taking away our old mattress broke the wall mounted tv. when i called they said it was of no concern of theirs and i should contact the delivery company. as i did not choose P2P delivery company to delver my mattress surely the responsibility is with Best Price Beds Ltd. i will ask the ombudsmen to look into this for us.

First class service all round from this company on purchase of a new Hypnos divan bed and headboard at a very competitive price.
The website was clear and informative and purchasing on-line was easy with immediate confirmation responses by email. It was also nice to receive a very detailed hand-written invoice in the post a few days later - reassurance that a real person is dealing with the order.
An expected date for delivery was provided on purchase and the bed was available for delivery right on schedule (remarkably different to experience with some other furniture suppliers!)
Delivery and set-up in the room was by two very courteous, efficient and helpful guys who also dismantled and took away an old bed.
One tiny hiccup - a mattress protector offered free of charge was missed from the delivery but Steven at bestpricebeds responded immediately to a phone call and it arrived the very next day.
We are delighted with the Hypnos bed and first class service all round from this company. Full marks - highly recommended - can't say more!

Really bitterly disappointed with this company. Found a mattress online that was exactly what we had been looking for (all natural) but the website said to call for a price … which I did, and spoke to a very helpful man who gave me the prices I needed and called me back after checking with a colleague about the feel of the mattress. However, when I rang this morning to place an order for the best part of £1000, I spoke to a far less pleasant man (who I can only assume was the manager) who told me that the mattresses I wanted weren't available to purchase online. It turns out this is stated at the very bottom of the mattress description, but contradicted by the large 'add to basket' button further up the page! It also turned out that the prices I was given were wrong, and that the company didn't want the order anyway in case I decided to send the mattresses back (which would have been at my own expense). So, all in all, a total waste of time. The second man I spoke to was rude and argumentative and, to be honest, has put me off ever placing any order with BestPriceBeds! Shame.

UPDATE:
I would like to add that, since posting this review and also emailing customer services at BestPriceBeds, I have received two apologetic emails and obviously also the reply below. I really appreciate this, and I guess what happened was just an unfortunate misunderstanding. However, it is very frustrating to find a product that you really want online, only to not be able to find anywhere to actually buy it! But thank you very much for your response and for taking action straightaway to clarify the situation on your website.

Bought a mattress in the afternoon and was delivered 9 am next day. Very happy with the whole experience.

The bed you buy is not manufactured by Bestpreicedbeds so my review is not about the bed.

"Delivered by two strong men to..." = Actually means delivered by two fat guys that don't care about the mess or damage they do as long as they get the bed in the room you want it.
Very disappointing

We found the headboard we wanted at by far the cheapest price. it was delivered within the agreed time frame. It was well packaged and the delivery was very easy to arrange to suit us.

Excellent, great customer service, excellent delivery guys. Very considerate company overall.
