Excellent service from the time I walked in the store to the arrival of my bed. I was not rushed to buy anything and given time to explore all the beds. Keith was very helpful indeed and listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me like a lot of traders. The men who delivered where very professional, quick and efficient. Excellent customer service.
Ordered a mattress online from Reading Bedding, it was the best price I could find. Based my purchase on this and their good customer service reviews. Whilst their logistics partner delivered the wrong branded and size of mattress both Ben (store manager) and Keith (director) of RB were excellent in ensuring we received the correct mattress the following day. When it didn’t arrive in the allocated time frame I contacted RB, Keith the director got onto it straight away and sorted it and I received my mattress later that day, in perfect condition. Keith even phoned me again later that day to ensure everything was in order.
So, 5 stars for RB and their excellent customer service and support. Whilst we got the wrong item the attitude and actions of RB to rectify the issue was second to none!

Initially purchased a Hypnos headboard and base from the shop floor. The day before the delivery I received a call that items had been stolen from warehouse break in. Keith promptly supplied temporary base and headboard.
New items were ordered with no problems. Keith and Ben updated me regularly and were flexible with delivery dates.
New beds are great, beautiful quality from Hypnos.

We have have used Reading Bedding for years now. From the sales people to delivery men it couldn’t have been better. They even came and measured my bed to make sure I had the right mattress size.(no charge). I would like to thank all of you.

From placing the order, to the moment the bed came through the door, the service has been fantastic.

Reading Bedding offers great sales and offers on mattresses. We are fully in love with our Tempur mattress. We had to chase them up a bit, though, regarding the delivery because the delivery company would not deliver our order until they had another delivery to our area (North East), meaning we would have to wait for ages. We raised this with Reading Bedding and Keith took care of it and we had our mattress quite promptly. Thank you Keith and Reading Bedding. I would highly recommend them.

A great choice of mattresses and, perhaps more importantly, excellent advice when we visited the shop.
The mattress was delivered two days later with courtesy and efficiency. This is where we will go for our next purchase(s).

What a fantastic experience. I purchased two electric beds online from Reading Bedding without stepping foot into their showroom. The experience from order placement to delivery was nothing but perfect with frequent updates on delivery. I had a phone call the day I placed the order explaining that I had ordered one of the mattresses a completely different size for one of the beds! Attention to detail is perfect. Thank you Keith and Ben, you've been nothing but amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reading Bedding, what a fabulous company.

We were recommended going to Reading Bedding from a local osteopath and from booking the initial appointment had a great overall experience. Ben looked after us and we made the decision on the mattress which was delivered in by the guys who were fantastic. Unfortunately we did receive a faulty mattress but the team made sure that was picked up and replaced. I would recommend these guys, couldn’t fault the experience.

Excellent service. Really good savings on a Hypnos bed which was promptly delivered 2 days later. Delivery guys were cheerful and helpful, particualrly when it came to removing the previous Super King bed down a dogleg staircase. Will definitely us again

Had tempur mattress on 100 nights trial
I decided to send mattress back and end trial
It took 3 weeks for it to be collected,
And took 3 more weeks to get my money refunded,
This is after lots of emails and calls to the store,
They like taking £ from u ,
But don't like giving u your money back.

I bought a bed, mattress and headboard from Reading Bedding and Keith was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect. He let me lie on his beds for a couple of hours while I read my kindle. I needed to be sure. The delivery men set up my new bed competently and were very pleasant. I have used this local company before and they have never let me down.

Delivery was two weeks ago.

Amazing beds!!

Got my new bed delivered on Monday for my home and it’s given me the best night sleep. Friendly delivery men carried it up the stairs and assembled it correctly. Can’t speak any more highly of them.

Just had my new bed and head board delivered. Very impressed with the service . Delivery men were very friendly , quick and tidy .
