In response, we would like to point out the charges noted above include parts at £97.85, labour at £120 and VAT £43.57 and are reasonable for, diagnosing/confirming fault, sourcing and replacing a diverter valve in a Vaillant boiler, furthermore, you were notified of the charges before and authorised the works.

I cannot praise Real Boiler Servicing highly enough! They are everything you want from a gas engineer/boiler servicing business: professional, punctual, honest, reliable, fairly-priced. How often can you say that? Ibrahim was great. He explained what needed to be done very clearly and then did the work very efficiently and without any fuss. I'd had some very disappointing experiences with other companies (it was a flue issue), but Ibrahim was a breath of fresh air. A thorough professional. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Great service - as always
Ibrahim has done the annual service on my boiler for many years. I have always found him to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and he explains what he's doing or what needs to be done. This year he also replaced 3 radiators that were over 35 years old and not working as efficiently as they used to. It was not a straightforward job but Ibrahim managed to sort it all out for me in his usual professional manner. Highly recommended!
