I was able to buy what I wanted from Real Foods that hadn't been available elsewhere. Good service and will buy from them again.

Disappointed with use by date, ordered a case of alpro growing up milk for my granddaughter during her visits here and all 8 cartons had a 3 week date which we will never use. The ones I bought in supermarkets have a use by date of Sept to Oct 2025 (around 6mths)

It is becoming more and more difficult to find reliably ethically produced health food. You are currently the only store able to deliver nationwide bulk order French grown soya milk, so thank you so much for staying the line in this challenging trade climate.

I ordered oranges on the 26th December, which the website said were in stock, with a 3-6 working day delivery. I finally received them on the 10th January. I called twice only to be waiting for over 45 minutes with no one responding. I sent an email and was told the delay was due to Christmas holidays. 4 of the oranges are mouldy and cannot be used. Very very frustrating not being able to contact anyone, when you have a problem.

Very good range of products and a reasonably fast delivery time.

I made one payment - my account showed 2 as pending - 1 of which was on paypal repeat. Contacted real foods and their explanation was - this is how it is. I had to identify the second pending payment - contact them to highlight it and then they had to cancel it. I asked whether this would happen again - question ignored. Real Foods this is not good enough - this is how you lose customers.

I placed my first order 448031 for tumeric yesterday, now I am being told it is out of stock. It should have told me this was the case before I placed my order so I could have ordered somewhere else. Very underhand and dishonest.

Have now had an email saying the order has been processed. This morning the website said it was out of stock. Confusing and conflicting information.

I liked what I received which was two squashes and a bulb of garlic but I don’t think the cost of it was worth it when you also include p&p.
The two pumpkins were small ones, a Hungarian blue and Crown Prince and the garlic was the size of the larger type you get in the supermarkets.

Unless it was for something I couldn’t get at a supermarket I don’t think I would get this again

In response, what I ordered I liked and if I needed something specifically special I wouldn’t hesitate to buy as the produce was good quality
