Never sent me shipping details, never emailed back with efficient information. Only got a refund because i contacted my bank.

I ordered something in December 2025. It was supposed to come in December. It never did. In January they said it would be shipping soon, and the delay was due to tariffs. It is now the beginning of May and I’ve still never received it. The website is down. It is a scam.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I paid for an item that never arrived, and they’ve done nothing but dodge responsibility ever since. No product, no refund, and no real customer service — just silence and excuses.

At this point, it feels like they’re perfectly fine taking people’s money and delivering nothing in return. It’s unacceptable, it’s dishonest, and it shows exactly how little they value their customers. I strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I ordered a jumper for my son for Christmas (ordered 9th December 2025). It is now 4 months later, 11th April 2026, and still not received anything. Had an apology for delay when I contacted them. Blamed difficulty with shipping. Further email bounced back. Not happy.

Placed a 300$ order in November of 2025 and still haven’t received my purchase. I emailed support and they said it was due to “tariffs”. Now in April 2026 the support email doesn’t exist anymore and the stores website is gone. Its definitely a scam. Unbelievable.

This company is a rip off. I placed an order for jeans for a Christmas gift in November 2025. After numerous unanswered emails regarding shipment I requested a refund. After 5 months, numerous emails to realtakai support and an email to the Better Business Bureau I still never received my jeans or a refund. Do not order from this company you are throwing your money away!

This is a scam! I ordered in Nov 2025, they kept saying it was being processed then nothing. No refund, now no site. Do not order from them or any site they set up!

I ordered 9 items on November 22, 2025.
I still have not received any parcel and only excuses by its so called "customer service".
No refund possible!

Absolute scam. Emailed constantly that the order was being processed, it was ordered over 2 months ago and never shipped. The owner is DERYK JAY FARIN and his email address is RTKJEII[at]GMAIL.COM.

I have ordered my item twice and have never received it. Initially, they replied to me but then stopped. So they fooled me over and not even refuned my money. I suspect they are spam-- don't order from them!!

This company is not legitimate. Placed an order with them in November & have never received the order. I emailed the company asking for a refund. No reply.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have never received my order and it has been almost 6 months. My money is gone. I get responses once in awhile but its just hot air. Avoid buying anything from this place. Its a scam and you will regret it.

Avoid at all costs, I placed an order in early Nov 25. They could not fulfill the order so they allowed me to change my order in early Jan 26 and I a still haven't received it. They're ignoring all of my emails asking for a refund. The worst customer service I have ever experienced 😑

IF I COULD GO LOWER, I WOULD. I ordered 1/5/26. These people have told EVERYONE in this review board that their orders were delayed due to tariffs. I never got my sweatpants. This company is a waste of time and money. Also, if you do some digging, THEIR ADDRESS IS NOT REAL.

Buyer Beware
I placed an order in August 2025 and have yet to receive it (Today is 1/14/26). Customer Service is NOT responding to any emails. If you want your merchandise or any help from them don’t spend your money or expect a response. Very disappointed! Very much a scam.

I ordered from them a month ago, never received an update. So I reached out to support 5 days ago and never got a response. I will now need to contact my bank and reverse the charge.

Took my money, never gave me my items, terrible customer service.

I had placed an order for two pieces of jewelry. Weeks after confirmation, "Jay" emailed me that there is delay in their shipment, and offered me a 10% for my next purchase, fine. When trying to look up the items to show a friend, they jewelry is no longer on their website.. I never received the items and upon emailing them, they replied saying actually the items I bought were sold out at the time of purchase?? Why was it on their website then?!
They apologized and said I could use the purchased amount as credit and buy a different item...
I emailed them again to see how to apply the 10% from before and use the credit amount and they NEVER responded. Granted it was during the holidays but it's been WEEKS and I emailed multiple times.
Hella unprofessional. Super frustrating. Extremely annoyed. They don't do refunds but I can't even use my credit. Where is my money? At this point 10% doesn't even cover this inconvenience.

Super bummed since my friend recommended me this site and was looking forward to gifting these items.

I placed an order with RealTakai on 29/11/2025 and sent an email to their support team 31/12/2025, but to date I have received no response and have not received my goods.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of communication. I understand delays can happen, but not responding to customer enquiries at all is unacceptable. There has been no update, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of my email.

At this stage, I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I simply haven’t received it, but based on my experience so far, the customer service has been extremely poor. I would advise others to be cautious and consider the risk of delayed delivery and unanswered emails before purchasing.

I placed my orders in October haven’t got them yet. I was unable to cancel and they keep sending me promotional emails w/o any updates of my orders.
Worst experience ever! Don’t waste your money it’s a scam!
