Bought the tracksuit after seeing a friend wear it. The hype is real. The stitching feels strong, fabric has this cool mix of heavy but breathable, and the fit is bang on. Delivery was fine, nothing wild, but it came within the week. What surprised me most was the follow-up email from support making sure everything was good. Small touch, but makes a difference.

Scammer alert.

Ordered from July and now it’s the end of October.
Nothing comes and they say that the package is already shipped but delivery courier is not received anything from this shitty brand.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I LOST ABOUT $200.

Horrible experience. I was sent the wrong item that also had care tags cut off. I sent pictures showing clear as day differences with completely different paneling, color, shape, and stitching color, but they are gaslighting me and saying it’s the correct item. And worst of all, they say the customer has to pay for return shipping no matter what, even if they sent the wrong item, which would cost me nearly as much as the pants. I understand paying shipping for exchanges or store credit because customer changed their mind, but I have never experienced having to pay return shipping cost for a wrong item before, which is insane.

Never received refund they absolutely are a scam I would never give them your credit card and complain to anyone whom process their transactions

They unfortunately scammed me of $90. It has been 3 months. No pants have come in. They keep saying they could give me a voucher for other items but I think I just handed over money for no product. Do not buy from them.

I’ve ordered from realtakai three times before. The first two times (around 4 years back), I experienced no issues !
But as of late, my third order I Played in early July and it still hasn’t come in mid September.
Customer service has been prompt to reply but every week they are unable to give me any estimate of when the product can arrive, repeatedly blaming it on the warehouse and supplier issues.
I must say if you have a logistical framework that causes more than two months of delay, it is nothing less than a complete and massive failure on the company to provide the product in a responsible and reasonable timeframe.

I am extremely disappointed that I was offered no compensation other than a 10% discount (which you can find on their website anyway), and only an option to refund for store credit? Somehow ignoring the glaring and blatant fact that no customer is going to want to place a new order when their previous order has been waiting for more than two months.

I do enjoy the clothes that are being sold and it is such a shame the company is being let down by whatever is going on behind the scenes. Until they can confidently assure me this problem is fixed and provide more consistent and accurate delivery times, I will strongly advocate to all against buying from this shop. Stay clear unless you are happy waiting upwards of 2-3 months for your product.

I ordered a piece over one month ago. The got back to me eventually saying they're out of stock and not sure when it'll be back in stock but did not offer anything in the form of solutions or help. No refunds, no ETAs. Just, "too bad" sucks for you type of customer service where they keep your money and hope you give up. Abysmal service.

Order took TWO MONTHS to arrive. Even then only half the order was sent. Good luck trying to get a refund for anything that may or may not turn up at your door.

Terrible quality sweater that started unraveling. Then the next order I made for several rings had not shipped in months and I had to hassle customer service repeatedly to get a refund. Now they have changed their website to say not refunds, beware! I guarantee that the recent good reviews were purchased reviews, not genuine ones.

This company scam with me customer don't wast time stay away

Everyone working at this place should be arrested and prosecuted in the most severe manner. They are criminals and thieves.

I had to return an item, which was the wrong size.
The sizing of items is wildly inconsistent
I returned the item in November 2024
In May 2025, tracking the item, which was then transferred from the customs in China to the RealTakai return depot.
From their depot, they must have immediately sent the item back to my address here in England.
I will not be buying from them again.
They do not do returns
So it is a caveat emptor from me.

Terrible company, terrible misrepresented cheap products, unbelievably bad customer service and authoritarian shipping policies. Literally nothing of value from this brand whatsoever, legitimately my worst online shopping experience ever. Read the other reviews and just buy somewhere else!

What they advertise is not what gets delivered.

I ordered the Pleated Relaxed Jeans - what I received can only be described as cheap parachute pants.

Delivery took two months and I wouldn't be caught dead in what was delivered.

Stay away from Real Takai, they are a scam!

I'd give 0 stars if possible. I don't write reviews usually but this one takes the cake for the absolute worst website I've ever ordered from. Scam artists that don't deliver your clothes. I ordered 4 or 5 items from them (it's been so long that I don't even remember what I ordered) and haven't got them after well over a month. They send out little apology emails saying how sorry they are about the delay and when you ask for any sort of clarity they give you absolutely no useful information. The most piss takey company I've ever used. DO. NOT. USE

Realtakai really knows how to market to the right audience, and their website is easy to navigate. While the prices are higher than average (you might pay £50 for a T-shirt you could find elsewhere for £30), the quality, fit, and style more than justify the cost. The pieces are sleek, modern, and ideal for social occasions—definitely a go-to in my wardrobe now.

The only downside was the delivery time, which took much longer than expected. That said, customer service was excellent. Every time I emailed, I received a clear and helpful response within 12 hours. The delay was due to a stock issue, and they offered me either store credit or the option to wait—transparent and fair.

Despite the delay, I’m really happy with what I received and will absolutely be ordering from Realtakai again.

They didn’t even have the shirt that I ordered. We were waiting for them to receive it. If I never asked about it, who knows how long I’d be waiting.

Ordered over a month ago and items are still yet to be shipped… I contacted their “customer services” to try and get an update and they kindly offered me to cancel my order for STORE CREDIT!? What on earth is store credit going to do for me? Leave me waiting for another 3 months before anything is even shipped?!

Package said it was delivered to my address and it never arrived. I receive package deliveries from Amazon with no issue. I believe this company is a scam and will follow-up with BBB. I will never due online business from China again.
