I have been waiting for 3 months for my order and keep getting the run around. I would NEVER order from here and I hope everyone bewares when ordering.

1,5 months, no update whatsoever, emails ignored, money haven’t been refunded.

Ordered a jacket in the 30th of November, nothing from them whatsoever, beware.

customer service responded late at night, respect.

RealTakai is a SCAM!!! I ordered over $200 worth of clothes for my son for Christmas and it never came! Not only that, but I’ve reached out via email (which is the only form of contact they share on their website) multiple times to their customer support to inquire about the order and ask when I’ll receive it, and NOTHING!…no response. I’ve tried using their order tracker and it says I have no order on file even though I have an order number with all the details of what I ordered in early December!!! What the hell!

Ordered on August 31st a pair of pants. 30 emails of them apologizing, but never sending the 60$ pair of pants and never giving a refund. Got store credit, ordered a different pair, still never came, been over 4 months, I dont care anymore. Dont order from here.

I had the same experience as someone very recently. I placed an order on 12/12/25 and never received anything other than an email saying they received the order. I emailed 2-3x and left a voicemail on the Seattle area code phone number given through my credit card company but still have never received a reply. I filed a dispute through my credit card company for a refund.

I placed an order at the end of November hoping to receive the item by Christmas. It is now a week after Christmas and nothing has shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times and never heard anything back other than an auto reply. Definitely avoid buying anything from this company!!

Ordered 12/3 it is 12/22 and they have not shipped.(although I just got a sales email not too late for Christmas)

Cannot give me an update. Have not responded to my email on 12/18 and the last response I had on 12/16 was offering only a store credit. Nothing has shipped!!! I want a refund.

Absolutely abysmal. Similar to the other reviews, I placed an order in early September that still has not been fulfilled to this day. The company claims a “delay due to recent tariffs”, but is it really worth a delay of 3 months worth to even ship my parcel? Instead of offering a refund in store credit for me to go through this horrendous wait again how about you guys start offering a full refund straight to our bank accounts.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order in early november and it still hasn't been delivered. i've emailed several times looking for updates and it takes forever to get a response. After several emails, someone finally got back to me and said they apologize it's still not been fulfilled. Not sure why this is happening. It's been weeks! Now I'm trying to cancel the order and no one is getting back to me. horrible customer service!! Do not waste your money on this company.

Ordered 4 months ago still haven’t received my parcel customer services told me they can offer me a refund as store credit.

What a joke like I want to start the process all over again and wait another 4 months.

Biggst scammer of all time,placed an order close to $400 am yet to get any shipment confirmation,they keep telling me they are having difficulties sorting some of my orders and its been 3months same ol story.

It’s been 2 months since I’ve ordered, honestly disappointed, shop at TaoBao.

If you actually hope to receive what they will gladly TAKE your money for but never actually send by all means waste your time, effort & money on this fraudulent company!
They have every excuse but ZERO follow through!

Ordered products three months ago, and was told they're having a supply issue due to Trump's tariffs, which applies to all products they sell, got in-store credit as a form of refund, then ordered newly listed products, and have yet to receive any shipping status (been over a month), inclined to think the website is a scam with them having issues and the audacity to have a Black Friday sale

Customer service are refusing to refund my money to my original payment after my order has not been fulfilled. DO NOT shop from these scammers

Huge waste of time, terrible customer service.
Track my order from September to the end of the year and still “We are still awaiting a restock of the item(s) due to higher-than-expected demand.”
Totally not idea for what taking so long for just two shirts…my comment is a super big “wtf”.

I’ll start this review by saying that I never received My order so I can’t speak On the quality or fit of the Product. I myself waited over a month after ordering with no update as to an ETA on my order. I followed up with customer service regularly and was given responses from what seem to be an AI correspondent. I never got any solid information as to why my delivery was delayed, or when I would receive it. Every time I followed up via email I got the same canned response. Ultimately, I requested a refund because I was being given the runaround for so many weeks. I was really looking forward to trying the products, but unfortunately, the frustration of being given the runaround before my order was ever delivered was too much for me. I usually live by the policy, “what starts off bad, ends bad”. Though I will add that my refund was processed quickly after five weeks of waiting for my order. Huge waste of time, terrible customer service.

Got scammed. A month has passed and still no package or emails from TAIKAI. The owner said “unusual delays” and it should take no longer than a few more days. Worthless company needs to be taken down ASAP.

The order remains unfulfilled and not shipped after a month, and I was only offered store credits as compensation.
